I have used this company several times over the past 8 years. Always professional and takes the time to explain the issue. They don't just jump to the most expensive fix. They investigate and then come to you to explain. Will continue to use.

I cannot thank CJ and Jonny enough for their amazing service today. I woke up this morning to my water heater no longer working, and they arrived within 30 mins of calling for service. They quickly determined the issue, advised me of all my options, and proceeded to resolve the issue with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough! Blown away by their expertise, their friendliness and how quick they resolved my issue. No cold shower tonight! It was fantastic that they could come out the same day. The technician was very professional and courteous. The work was done well, but the price for the amount of time it actually took was super expensive.

Harrison and the Urus team (Will especially) are amazing! I recently bought an older home and I have had a few plumbing issues, each time they were to my home in less than 12 hours (neither was an emergency). They are honest, kind, willing to work with my pain the butt home owners insurance policy and they explain things to me/teach me things for the future. As a Realtor, I work with plumbers and contractors quite often. I can say, without hesitation, that this company is one of the most honest, fair, and professional I have worked with. Ryan has been to our home several times to help with a very tricky sewer and plumbing situation we bought into. He always clearly explains the problems and only offers the solutions he truly believes we need. He is genuinely one of the nicest people you will ever meet. There has never been a moment when I felt we were being taken for our money. It is encouraging to know there are still companies out there who have integrity and care about the customer.

On Monday, August 9th, we had the unfortunate luck to have our A/C quit working. I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy after hours and alerted the person on call that I would need a technician as soon as they could send one out. On Tuesday, August 10th, I spoke to service at 7:30am. He said she would have a service technician available that day in the early afternoon. At noon, I received a call that the technician was in route. By 1:00pm, Edmond arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. After retrieving the part from his well stocked truck, he had our A/C compressor working again. By 5pm, we were blissfully enjoying a cool home once again.

The Plumbers were amazing! They came out and walked through our new home to go over our inspection report and helped us determine what needed to be fixed. They replaced our water heater and in that process figured out we had a gas leak. We were able to get centerpoint out to fix that. On top of all that, the home we're renting had a water main leak outside and they were able to come over after a full days work at our new home to fix the leak and replace the broken shut-off valve. I am so very impressed with these gentlemen! Thank you!!

The Tech Larry was very professional and took care to wear a mask when entering my home during this Covid-19 crisis. As always he did the tune-up quick, and safe. I have been using Pompeii's for years and they have always been professional, responsive and friendly. I have never had to have them return to correct something they have done. I would high recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.

The person giving quote was polite and knowledgeable. The installer was very efficient and professional. He was very polite.

Had a H2O emergency they were at my house within 40 minutes of intake call and finding the problem and fixing it a a great rate as well

Brian from Everything Plumbing and Drain has been incredibly great through a very confusing project with my yard’s sewer line. He ended up having to come 4 different times to my house and still charged me the same price he quoted me for. I even ended up asking him if he needed more money for all the work he put into my house.
His communication skills are very clear and he is professional at all times.
Even his wife who I believe answers his phone calls is always so helpful and kind. Truly great customer service.

Had a blocked bathroom sink. Got a service appointment for the day after I called. Steve was my tech. He was extremely kind and personable. He really looked around to assess the situation and explained EVERYTHING as he did it as well as what he might need to do next. He was respectful of my property and even cleaned up more than I would have expected. In a day and age when customer service is nothing like it used to be, this tech and company still hold fast to making sure they treat customers well, do a good/thorough job and charge a fair price. I would DEFINITELY use them again and HIGHLY recommend them for plumbing issues!! The AAA in their name speaks to the great job!
