I had a toilet leak in my upstairs bathroom and scheduled a call with 1-Tom-Plumber. Within a few hours there was a knock on my door, and I was greeted with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The technician got right to work and thoroughly explained what was needed to resolve the issue. He was polite, kind and knew how to provide outstanding service. He even scheduled the necessary follow up call on a day I worked from home, so I didn't have to rearrange my work schedule! I walked into a nightmare last night and wow are they my heroes!!!! Everyone was awesome from Kevin, Christie, and David the tech. Big shoutout to Christie who calmed my anxiety with getting a plumber out in such short notice and keeping me updated. Even bigger shout out to David who rolled in and get straight to it! David was exceptional with his calm demeanor that reduced my anxiety. David was fast and thorough with his work. He fixed two toilets with no sweat. I called several plumbers in the area, and no one got back to me except this team, who picked up the phone on a Sunday, no less. They scheduled someone to be at our place the next day, and we received a quote as promised. The plumber was able to fix everything within the same week. Although the cost was higher than anticipated, I’m super impressed with the work, professionalism, and the quality of the materials used. They installed fixtures that were way nicer than I could have found in a hardware store. Very impress overall, and I’m glad they took credit card. I would use them again.

Toilet was making the shower gurgle and the kitchen sink gurvlee and sewage coming through the shower. Daryl came when expected to communicated well about arrival time. Discussed with us in detail what was going to be done.

Highly recommend! Daryl and Kevin removed our old hot water tank and installed a new one. They were able to get us into the schedule right away. When we were still having issues after the new tank was installed, Daryl drove back to our house immediately and fixed the problem (for whatever reason it just needed to be reset, it wasn't an issue with installation).
Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs!

Daryl came out to our property. He was very helpful in figuring out what the drainage problem around our leach field might be. Unfortunately the job was not something they could do. He did not charge for his trip since he couldn't do the work. But he gave us some great advice and a recommendation for someone else who could do the job. He was professional and knowledgeable.

David come out on a Sunday and was absolutely awesome. Had my basement backup and he was able to resolve the issue within a few hours of me calling. 10/10 would recommend to anyone have sewer issues

Daryl ran a line under three cabinets to install a water line for the ice maker in our new refrigerator.

Daryl was before time but called to ask permission and despite the job being difficult to reach to up in the attic he somehow made it work and provided me with all the information I needed to fix my issue which didn’t need a plumber but the roofers issue .I am very pleased with this company and him in particular.

They answered early in the morning when my grandmother had a terrible leak and arrived as soon as they could even when we were outside their service area. They identified the problem and were able to help us get it resolved quickly! Other plumbers we called still haven't responded even hours later!
