Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Getting a couple quotes from reputable contractors in the area. I am adding three gas related projects to my home. Really happy with Scott Butler and his display of professionalism. I am weighing my options on the project right now, but overall very happy with the quote & professional demeanor.

Out ragous price just to clean out kichen drain

Brandon and Chris and I’m not sure of the other young man’s name were absolutely awesome getting my drain unclogged!!!!!! I was anticipating having to wait until next week for service and haul a bunch of clothes to the laundromat but they were able to get my system back up and running before the afternoon even hit and free up my day so thank you so much best plumbing and staff for your punctuality professionalism and skills!!!!!

This is the worst company to use for you AC needs, I installed my AC unit in 2019, and I had an issue after 3yrs that is supposed to be covered under manufacturer warranty, instead they tell me that for me to have that manufacturer warranty I had to pay Thomas n Galbraith 204$/year.Again why should I pay them extra, for the manufacturer warranty????? I thought it came with the manufacturer warranty why I paid the part n installation

I had the misfortune of calling this company for a leak under my kitchen sink recently. I had tried to fix it myself and was able to tighten some nuts but still had some water dripping from the sprayer hose and wanted the other pipes evaluated. I was hoping they could just do a quick repair and keep the bill around $100-150.
What I got instead was a guy who said the sink in my 13 year old house was in bad shape and needed replacing. (click dots for more).
He also commented on how my faucet was hard to move side ways, and get this, my sprayer hose was obsolete and could not be replaced. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
His exact words were Its time for a new kitchen , I kid you not. And when he said that, I was absolutely livid and basically said if he wasn't going to just fix the leak I didn't need his service so he left.
I was ready to shell out tripple figures for a repair but he decided to go for whole enchilada and lost big.
I ended up calling Moen who sent me the replacement hose FOR FREE. and after a few visits to a DIY website and banging my knuckles up and cussing, I was able to replace the hose my self. No more leaks.

Ryan & Carl were amazing! They were able to remove a broken water heater through a very, very small space & install a new one on a SUNDAY. They were polite, kind, & very professional Plus everything was completely cleaned up! I highly recommend them!
