Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

After the initial inspection and getting the camera inspection of the sewer line, I paid for the service and scheduled to have additional service preformed, I asked for a receipt and copy of the agreement. I was told that it would be emailed to me. You scheduled the service to begin on Wednesday and said the crew would arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 am. Wednesday no crew arrived by 11:00 am so I put a call into your office. After talking to 3 different people, I was connected to the service department. He said there was a paperwork mess up and he would try to get someone asap. I also exp plainer to each person I talked with about not receiving my receipt or copy of my service agreement an all checked the email to insure it was correct. The crew finally showed up 3 hours late. To date I have never received a copy of the service agreement for my 93 year old mother. My expectation is that you do what you say especially when your servicing the elderly. I was disappointed in the professional of your company.

Sean was excellent, making time to meet me the same day I called. He was extremely helpful when inspecting my system after my home had some recent water damage. He answered all of my questions clearly and gave some great recommendations for services to extend the life of my HVAC system without being pushy. Great people and great service!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
