Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

we had a minor gas leak that we had identified and, unfortunately, had our gas shut off until it would be fixed and pressure tested. So we are here in winter without heat or hot water until it gets fixed. I got my hopes up because Thomas & Galbraith was able to get someone out to us the next day, but then it was just laughably bad.The technician was courteous and nice, but could not explain a single thing to us. It seemed pretty clear that they are trained on various sales spiels and not much else. We knew that the leak was from an older brass shutoff valve and so it needed to be replaced, but before he did ANYTHING, even poking around and inspecting the pipe situation. He quoted us ~$7k to re-pipe everything. It was honestly laughable. When we questioned how he could possibly have concluded if this was necessary before even doing a pressure test, he then quoted $509 just to do a pressure test! Truly, all I can do is laugh when I think about it. On top he couldn't really answer our questions or explain anything when questioned.I'm glad I was willing to go a couple more days without heat to get a real, honest plumber who fixed everything in a couple hours (no major re-piping needed, shocker) and pressure tested multiple times to ensure that Duke would come back out and turn our gas back on. And the cost was not even in the ballpark of what T&G was trying to convince us the repair would be.Lesson learned, I'll never bother with Thomas & Galbraith again.

John and Henry came to my house to look at a couple of plumbing issues that I have. They were on time, courteous, and great at helping me to understand what was going on with my plumbing issues. John made a recommendation for one of my issues by suggesting that I call the manufacturing company who made my shower fixture and seeing if I can get free replacement parts. I called the company and I do get lifetime replacement parts for free. Then he could install them. I saved somewhere around $100 because of his recommendation. Who does this anymore? About two years ago Nieman came out to my house for another plumbing problem. They did an excellent job; that’s why I called them again.

Jason came by to scope a sewer line prior to closing on a house and did a great job. I was able watch him send the camera through the line and he answered any questions I had. He even marked the depth of the line outside.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

They installed my water heater and assured all connections were secured. Will continue to use on all plumbing needs. I highly recommend!
