Best Water Pressure Inspection in Charlotte NC

I can't say thank you enough to Jason and his team! We ran into a fairly major issue with a clogged pipe and knew exactly who to call. Jason came out, assessed the problem, explained to us exactly what was happening and what to expect, and was out the next day to have it resolved. He and his team were incredibly professional, yet relatable and I felt like I could trust their word and judgement on what we needed! We would highly recommend this company!

I had a clogged toilet due to some “flushable wipes” and I literally couldn’t use the only toilet in my apartment. Reached out to these guys and they were extremely professional and nice. One fella can't drive

I am very disappointed in the quality of care that I received from Charlotte Plumbing Masters. I booked an appointment a week ago and was told not to use my shower until the technician was able to come back with the parts for the repair. I had to wait an entire week to not use my shower. I called the day before to confirm my appointment for the following day. The appointment was scheduled for the technician to arrive between 11am-1pm the following day. They called me on the day of the appointment at 12 pm to say that the technician was unable to get the parts on time even though he had an entire week to do so. She then told me to reschedule for Monday and I have not used my shower for an entire week and she wanted to reschedule for another day which would be a total of 9 days without a shower. This is very unprofessional and I just thought that you guys should know about my experience with this company before choosing Charlotte Plumbing Masters.

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Pathmaker Plumbing. I was experiencing a very critical plumbing problem in my bathroom. Water was gushing from beneath my bathroom tub and flowing into the crawl space of the house. Pathmaker was kind enough to fit us in their already busy schedule. My grandparents speaks little to no english and they are elderly so often I have to call around for a contractor to help them. It seems that no one answers their phones. I get that my cell number is from out of state but I do leave a voicemail and still I never hear back right away. I called South End Plumbing and they answered my call!!!!!! My grandparents didn't have any hot water so they needed a plumber out right away. South End came out to their home and got it fixed that same day. The price was very reasonable but what's more important is time, time is money. They were very happy so I am happy. Keep up the great work! Thank you!

Adam came to our home on a Saturday and helped us tremendously. He, along with his supervisor Chad, helped us not only understand the issue, but how to fix it. Pricing was fair and Adam was awesome, proficient and courteous! We would definitely recommend.

The guys from Presidential plumbing did two jobs for me so far. Both times done quite well. The person I was dealing with the last time - Edi is very professional and pleasant guy. So is their phone person - Erica. Great phone manners and respect for the customer. She remembered me from the first job before I even told her all my specifics. Update after the water heater installation: Excellent job! Ours was a difficult attic install due to the original unit not fitting back down without taking the attic stairs off. Josh and crew arrived exactly on time and the job was done beautifully within 3 hours. The owner, Chris, also came by to introduce himself and ensure all was well. I’m so happy to once again have fantastic water pressure and hot water without delay!

Called this morning for a quote on a hot water heater. They sent out Josh and he was here within an hour and a half with a smile. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m impressed with our quote and looking forward to working with this company for any of our plumbing needs.
