Best Tankless Water Heaters in Charlotte NC

I ended up hiring Charlotte Plumbing as they were referred to me by a good friend. And what a great decision it was! Initially, I had another company come out and assess my needs and they wanted $4K for repairs (in addition to the $200 they charged me for just the service call and assessment) which is exactly what prompted me to seek referrals as I wanted/needed a second opinion. Charlotte Plumbing came out immediately and were able to fix my problem for less than the original company charged me for just the service call/assessment. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will make them my first call for any future needs!

Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. I called Damien on Christmas Eve when we woke up and our outdoor tankless system was frozen (no hot water). Over multiple phone calls and videos, he helped me to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I offered to pay him, and he refused. He spent at least 20 minutes on/off the phone with me. Later I found out they are closed today (he never told me). THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS, OLD SCHOOL, LOVE ON CUSTOMERS AND TAKE CARE OF THEM! It's not always about the money. Well done Damien - customer for life.

I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!

I had water damage in my new house from a clogged drain pipe. Another plumbing company unclogged it and then gave me a $8200 estimate to excavate the pipe and replace it. What a GREAT company to work with! The agreed upon job was to replace the entire water line in my yard. Upon beginning the digging, they found the leak within a few feet of the water meter. Rather than taking advantage of me, the digger spoke with Mike and suggested that he only replace the leaking piece of the pipe. Saved me a TON of money!
