5 star ratings for Tim and Ted who diligently spent the better part of a day working on resolving a lingering sewer blockage issue. Finally got this problem behind me with these 2 competent plumbers working in synchrony. If you watch their work you will be impressed and entertained!

I was given a 3-4 hour window and the plumber was out in 2 hours, which was great. Stan came out and knew what the problem was right away. He was very nice and professional and gave me great advice on how to prevent the problem from occurring again in the future. He explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions we had. He definitely fixed the problem. I would recommend Stan and Roto-Rooter to friends and family in the future. Definitely pleased with the service I received.

Reid came to repair leaky outside faucet he was quick, responsive, very personable, fair pricing, he was mindful of my flower bed and cleaned up promptly behind himself. Will certainly use him again.

Both reps were very professional. Took the time to explain in detail what had occurred. Even provided tips on how to maintain and prevention. Rep was able to snake the drain and open. Appreciated the extra effort taken to snake 2 additional times after clearing to assure immediate issue was cleared. 2nd rep also took camera down the drain and showed me 1st hand what was being seen. Appreciated that transparency. Service was excellent!

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
