I found them through a Google search so I was a bit nervous. However, things turned out great!! The team that came was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough with the work. They arrived on time and got right to work locating the problem. They listened as I explained all of our issues with the mainline draining out of the house. They located the problem, resolved it and let us know what we needed to do in the future to not continue to have issues. We were very impressed and satisfied with their service.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for “ just part of the invoice for the excavation the detection of the leak and the put back for the cement not the entire invoice”. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn’t generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.

Brian worked us into his busy schedule to track down a leak and repair the damaged pipe. He was thoroughly professional, kind and the cost for what he did was entirely fair. We cannot recommend ACC highly enough.

Plumber ( Kevin) installed new sewer line from kitchen and connected to existing in front yard. During installation the soil was not compacted correctly causing is to settle and sink over a foot. This sinking and settling has caused the newly installed drain line to belly and bend in over 6 inches causing failure in the near future. This also has created a negative slope and water sitting in th brand new section of pipe. Kevin promised to come out but it has bee over 10 days without resolution.... Finally after submitting a BBB complaint Kevin came out to inspect. He agreed is like is bowed or has standing water he will fix it. After inspecting the line with a camera it showed water standing in a 10 foot span (breeding mosquitos and drain flies) and vertical cleanout bowing.
( this line is brand new and 3 weeks old and already failing....) Kevin will not stand behind his warranty or agreed uptown terms. Proceeding with legal to recoup cost and damages. Stay away from this business and it's flawed work and customer service.

Totally happy with Sam, he always come I like that it's a constant agent that comes in service my home he is very familiar with even our dog.

Chris Rose replied right away to an emergency situation and arrived promptly. He fixed our issue and price was less than expected. Super-nice guy as well! Highly recommend!

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***
Their image is super clean cut, they are extremely honest class A company that I wish I could be them a 10 star review.

Plumber charges $196 for a one hour service call. Reported he could not fix our water heater, we would need to replace it. Within an hour of speaking to the plumber about the necessary repairs our tenant calls and informs us he has hot water. The plumber quoted us $1885 to replace the water heater which is $1000 more than 2 other plumbers we contacted. Find a more honest plumber for half the price.

Alex Carlton was a great technician. He arrived on time and resolved the issue with my tub quickly. I am pleased with the results and would recommend Morris-Jenkins to anyone!
