Fernando and Caleb came to the house today to repair a leaking pipe. They identified the problem quickly and efficiently and performed a complementary water pressure check on the entire house to make sure everything was working properly. I really appreciated their service and will definitely be using them exclusively in the future.

My Technician (Anthony) was very knowledgeable and professional. He recognized an issue immediately and took steps to tear down my tankless water heater to diagnose the issue. After opening the unit, he confirmed the issue and took steps take out the part an clean it hoping it would resolve the issue. Upon re-installation, there still seemed to be an issue. At that point he took steps to reach out to the manufacturer for a replacement part (as the unit is still under warranty). He also provided additional procedures he was going to perform to ensure that this new part (fan and motor) was not ruined by falling debris from the vent tube in the attic and on the roof. I will be sure to always ask for Anthony if any other issues arise.

We used Wyattworks for a hot water heater leak and a plumbing clog. Mike was able to repair both same day. Very professional and very quick response times. Highly recommend!

Sluggish clogged drain in kitchen sink was professionally and completely unclogged by Keith Barker, Service Technician #3698 without making a mess and without any problems. He was professional and courteous and took time to answer my questions and explain how the plumbing lines work and how they become clogged. It is SO good to be able to use my kitchen sink again. He gave me tips on how to keep the line open and explained the 6-month warranty. He gave me his contact information and told me if I have any questions, concerns, or problems, to contact him. I am very pleased with the service provided by Roto-Rooter.

One of the times I personally was not home, but another time I was walked through each step of the service performed which made me confident in the quality of work. Reggie did a great job taking care of the plumbing issues. We had multiple tubs/sinks to look at and he was in and out, even waited on me briefly to meet him. I've used ER Plumbing on our rental before and this is the first time using them on my primary home but will continue to do so! Would recommend, fair in pricing and everything is now working fine.

I have to give a big shout-out to Price Brothers Plumbing. They are the contractor that Taylor Morrison (our homebuilder) used, and their service technician, Travis just came out to help with a noise issue we had in our pipe.

I really liked this company overall. Very professional and our tech Jake with his assistant worked very hard all day long to complete the job. They had to come back the next day to complete the service call, but provided us with a working system to get us through the night. Communication was excellent every step of the way!

Rick is a top notch plumber and a pleasure to work with. He's an honest guy and his prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the quality of his work.

When I contacted him with a hot water heater issue, he called me back promptly and got me on his schedule quickly. He arrived at the job site exactly when he said he would, figured out what was wrong, quoted me a price and never changed it (even when the scope of work unexpectedly grew in size - which plumbing issues have a tendency to do).
