A fantastic experience! Jason reached out to me early in the morning and arrived by noon. I actually called him for a second opinion on a very expensive hydrojetting that someone else said that I needed. He said the pipe jetting was unnecessary and he could clear the kitchen sink clog with an electric snake. Sure enough, he fixed in 10 minutes what morris jenkins couldnt do in 2 hours and he saved me hundreds of dollars. What i liked about them is they are about getting the job done right vs their image, marketing, over the top customer service, etc. Do yourselves a favor and get 2nd and 3rd opinions on work that needs to be done. I wouldnt say they would be the lowest bidder,, but ill definitely use again in the future.

I had my water heater replaced by Chad with Benjamin Franklin. Chad was very professional, provided quality work and very punctual. Chad provided me options and cost of the service after looking at my existing water heater. Work was done same day. Will recommend friends and family due to their work quality.

I am so happy with the service from WyattWorks. They replaced the faucet on a jetted tub that had no access to that section of the tub. Jeremy took the time to review the option and proposed one that was cost-effective and allowed us to have easy access in the future. Friendly and thorough service. The technician Jeff was at my house in less than 30 min from when I placed the service call. He was very nice and professional, would highly recommend and would defiantly use them again.

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

Rivers arrived promptly and evaluated the leak in our master bathroom lavatory. After discussing the issue with him, we decided to order two new Delta faucets so they would match. We have an appointment for him to return and install both faucets. Rivers have us an estimate for the labor and was very helpful in recommending replacements. He was courteous, respectful and highly professional. We continue to be pleased with Progressive for our plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance and repairs.
