Brian and another gentleman were at a nearby residence when a sewer backup happened this afternoon. I walked over and asked if they'd mind giving it a look, and they happily stopped in, provided a quote, and repaired the issue.

They were very detailed in explaining the issue, careful when working in my home, and genuine folks to converse with.

I'll use WyattWorks in the future for any plumbing needs.

Excellent service replacing a broken garbage disposal.

TJ is fantastic and has such a great attitude. We had a drain problem but didn't know it was causing our washing machine to leak. We were on the verge of buying a new washing machine but TJ saved the day. GO TJ AND RAPID ROOTER!!!!!!!!

Tony and his colleague Jesse did a wonderful job fixing our under-mount kitchen sink that had detached from the countertop. They were through in completely detaching the sink and all plumbing and then reattaching and sealing correctly, including installing a new garbage disposal. They also completed some minor repairs to two sinks in our primary bathroom. Tony noticed a few other minor plumbing updates to these sinks and repaired them on the same visit - things we may not have otherwise noticed but were great preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues down the road. We would definitely use Bliss Plumbing again!

I called Ritchie Plumbing to ask if they were able to fix a sink that dropped below the granite countertop. I was told by John, that they were busy right now but would try to fit me in the next day. He also stated he would call me back in a few hours once he, figured out his schedule. He verified my phone number and I waited until I would hear back from him. This was around 1:30 pm. Around 8 pm, I texted John asking if they would be able to assist us or if I should find someone else. Let's just say, I'm still waiting for him to call and/or text back. He also stated it would be around $500 which I agreed upon at the time. I would like to say, if this was something this company doesn't fix, then say it at the time. Instead, he decided to lie and keep me from getting something fixed. Not only did his lack of professionalism destroy any confidence in this company that I had obtained through these Google reviews, but I won't ever use them, nor will I ever recommend them to my fellow Realtors. If I was pleased with the results, I was going to use their services for a few other homes my company had purchased to ensure the plumbing was in stellar condition before listing the new homes we aquired. That's not going to happen now. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism. Not only was I left waiting without even the common curtosey of a text back, but this pushed my selling process back, which has now cost me even more money than tha $500 he quoted me.

Now I'm so glad I did not use your services. Nothing you said below is true. You never mentioned once you were in NC, nor did you mention you weren't licensed in SC. All you said was, I'll check my schedule and get back to you in a few hours. It was a nice conversation and I fully expected you to call back. You seemed as if you would help us, but left us hanging. You must have me confused with someone else, because you never said any of that at all. As for the text. If the number you answered the phone on was a cell phone, then you have the text. You may forget my phone saves that sort of stuff.

All you had to do was tell me you weren't licensed in SC, and we would have been done. Neither am I dense or hard of hearing. You never said any of that. Good Day.

Mr. John does outstanding work and is very knowledgeable about his work. He have very good customer service and make sure the job is done right the first time. Without rushing doing a quick job. This man take pride in the work he does. Thank you John for the great job you did on my property. And I look forward to using your service again.

Had a bad clog I just couldn't get myself. ER sent Josh out the next business day & he was friendly & competent. He cleared out our problem and left the area cleaner than he found it. Thanks!

Great company

Incompetent crew cut through our cable line while installing water line next door. Line was CLEARLY marked with flags. When I confronted the crew, they denied they cut through it. After a Time Warner cable visit, it was verified it has been cut by that crew. I wouldn't trust them putting anything in your home!

Rob was very professional and courteous. He explained the clog problem and offered several solutions. I would definitely recommend them.

Brian worked us into his busy schedule to track down a leak and repair the damaged pipe. He was thoroughly professional, kind and the cost for what he did was entirely fair. We cannot recommend ACC highly enough.

I called for the first time . They came a couple hours later . Very reasonable . Good guys will use them again .and Kevin came to my rental unit. I leave in New York and he took care of my place in North Carolina. Great guy!!!!
