It was great to find a reliable plumbing company with a long history to come to Shelby, NC and clean out a clogged line. The technicians were friendly, clean and even offered advice and ideas for other plumbing projects.

labor rate is $147.00 per hour. a bit steep imo.

They came on time and gave me an estimate that was not only less expensive than 2 other companies, it would be done in a shorter time! When it came time to do the work, they were fast and did an excellent job. Only had to cut a small hole in the ceiling, and worked together to keep the mess contained. And they replaced the flush valve in my toilet free of charge! Wonderful World of Plumbing is now my FIRST call whenever I need a plumber. Thank you!!

I highly recommend using Zoom Drain for all of your plumbing needs. I called Sat. morning and my issue was resolved by 2 pm the same day without paying any extra for a weekend visit. Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

PC Godfrey put in a exhaust system in my business in 2007 and I have not had a problem with my exhaust system at all and it is now 2021!!! That says something all by itself!!!
