I had a small flood in my laundry room which I thought was from the washing machine drain line being clogged since it had been clogged before. Ronnie came out on time the next morning. He check everything, cleaned the lines, and went over what he did. We were filling the washing machine to be sure, he noticed the washing machine it self was leaking. He quickly cleaned up the water as well as cleaning out the washer. Would recommend for Gastonia.

This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. Other companies told me next week! They were here on time and did a great job. They even checked on a couple other things for me since they were here. I highly recommend!

I really like this plumbing company because they give you honest information on what you need to fix and what is ok. The guy that came out took pictures of my pipes under my house and explained what each pipe was so that I would understand why there was a problem. The manager Tim is also very nice and easy to reach by phone. He is extremely professional and takes his time explaining everything as well. I appreciate the amount of detail these guys go into because I am not a plumber and have no clue what stuff is.

Had an issue with my hot water heater, one they installed and Will did a fantastic job. He explained the issue, told me what he was going to do, what was covered under warranty and what the charge was to get us back up and running. Then he knocked it out quickly and professionally. Damion and his crew have earned a solid recommendation from me. My water heater had been out for some time… I got a quote from Morris and Jenkins which was sky high along with hesitation to give me pricing info for details ok hardware and labor cost breakdowns.

On a friend’s’ recommendation I put in for a quote from Wonderful World via Google and received a call within an hour. After some negotiation(very responsive via text) I was scheduled for the next day a short 14 hours later. Damion had no trouble answering any questions around brands, pricing, etc. which was important to me. They came in well under the big players.

They showed up on time. Knocked out all requested work in short order, answered a few extra questions for me, cleaned up after themselves, and were generally pleasant and professional. Small companies can definitely be hit or miss, this one is a gem.

I have to give a big shout-out to Price Brothers Plumbing. They are the contractor that Taylor Morrison (our homebuilder) used, and their service technician, Travis just came out to help with a noise issue we had in our pipe.

All I can say is they were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and solution oriented. They just left the house and I was so impressed I felt like I had to tell somebody. So if you need Plumbing work, Price Brothers has just earned a big referral from me.

Had several downspout/french drains that were full of tree roots. Scheduling an appointment with Jason was very easy. They notified me that they could come out a day earlier and sent another message when the technician was on there way. Duane arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and made recommendations on the best ways to approach the issue. The drains were cleared quickly with no damage to the property. Very professional, courteous, and effective. Highly recommend giving them a call.
