Roto-Rooter's helpful team scheduled an appointment for us on Memorial Day. Daniel, the specialist, arrived within 90 minutes of our call and was incredibly helpful. We'd had several plumbers try to fix this same issue. Daniel was incredibly thorough in identifying the problem and solved it quickly. He also took a look at two smaller issues we were having and fixed them on his way out the door! The entire Roto-Rooter experience was the very best I've had with a home services providers!

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

Called about low pressure in certain parts of house. Technician was friendly and immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad pressure valve,He proceeded to perform the ~$400 service (ouch the part is only $75 at home depot). I went along with it as I didn't have time to crawl under the house and do it myself, or I would have.After he changed the valve, the pressure issues (mostly master bath and shower) were exactly the same. He advised we should to see if there were low flow restrictors. First of all I come from an area where we do not have such things in our bath tubs or showers. Second, wouldn't that be the FIRST thing to check.We removed them (mostly me) and the pressure was exactly what we expected. That fix did not cost anything and frankly I should have read up and checked that first.I would have gladly paid the $39 service call and let them go in 15 minutes. I know they need to make money and as the technician said my valve may of needing replacing soon anyways.The principle of the issue is the real fix for my issue was $39 no $400.I will be looking for a more honest organization in the future should I ever need a plumber.

I called this business to repair a plugged main drain that I had already diagnosed for them. The first technician arrived around 5:15 pm which was great as I had called within the hour. he had some issue with the toilet and his equipment broke at 50 ft., attempted to repair but left (he was very nice/polite). He offered to clean the excrement from our bathroom using our own towels and mop (is this industry standard?) but left partial remains that I am still cleaning. The second tech arrived around 7:15, said he went to 60 ft, and left around 8:45. He offered me an upgrade to the seal of my toilet for $375. Does not seam right after breaking the seal? While timely, the services were very overpriced at $675 (with a $75 off coupon!) despite the proposed upgrade charges. I would not suggest this company unless you are in a hurry which I was. Too much corporate overhead to compensate for fair service.

Damion has done a few repairs at my home. He was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and each time I called him, he came immediately. He is very professional and offers a decent price for his services. I highly recommend him for all my plumbing repairs.

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

He was at my home in less than an hour after notification and was completed in less than an hour after arrival! No problems at all and will use again if there's any issues that come up! Thanks for taking care of my problem Jake!

It turned out that my particular issue did not require his services - he gave me a few tips and instructions and they were most appreciated. my toilet stopped flushing and i called them out. they fixed it in no time. and while they were their fixed my disposal in no time. would definitely use again.. was about 300 dollars less than the other guy.
