The work that was needed was not simple and the entire team showed their skills, promptness, and professionalism at all times during the work. Matthew, Ryan, Darryl, David and company kept my family and I informed and explained what was needed thoroughly from start to finish. Apologies for anyone's name that I have not included. I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. Will absolutely be a repeat customer and happily refer others in the future.

Do not use the company. Not only do they overcharge you, they don't even do the job you hire them to do. We hired them to fix a faulty drain in the toilet... not only did they pad the bill, a month later er had the exact same problem. They claim that they do not guarantee their work for drains, so they demanded another ridiculous figure to do what they failed to do the last time. Then only reason to call this company is if you want to get ripped off for shoddy work

They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I had work done for months ago, and my sink is now leaking all over again.

I called then early in the AM to have my toilet unclogged and they never showed up. Everytime I called back they would say they was on the way got stuck on another call. Later that night 8:30pm the secretary called and said they where on the way I advised her I already called someone else and they took care of it.

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. This was a really easy no headache transaction. We were able to do the quote over the phone and the water heater installation took the exact time they said. I will definitely use these folks again.

Called this folks for 2 weeks and left several messages, I decided to send them an email thru their webpage. As of today no one has called back. Very unprofessional.

Great service. They came out and checked my water heater during a giant storm, and had it replaced the next day. They were very professional and accommodating.
