Found someone to do the for 1/3 the cost of what he wanted to do the job for.

I had ceiling leaks in a first floor powder room, and in the garage. I found Queen City Plumbing online under Best Plumbers in Charlotte. I got an appointment right away. My plumber TORE, was prompt and professional. TORE was methodical and persistent in his diagnosis of the problem. He knew exactly what to do. I feel secure knowing that I can call on Queen City Plumbing . I had a leak in the shower and a clogged drain in the powder room. I called Queen City Plumbing and they gave me an appointment right away. My plumber was named JUSTIN CHARLES and he notified me when he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He explained the problem and everything he was going to do. I was very satisfied with the job he did.

WOW! This company has blown me away. I had been dealing with a leak issue in a condo for months, where we were unsure of the source. After months of headache, I gave Mr. Rooter a call. I found them on Angie's List. A diagnostic appointment was set up for the next day. The tech, Travis Blanton came out at the scheduled time and thoroughly looked over the area with the issue. He gave me a ton of useful information, told me what needed done and offered up his phone number for me to call for any other questions or concerns. He was very polite, professional and put me at ease. And all that didn't cost a thing. That's awesome customer service! I will definitely recommend this company to everyone, and call them if I ever need their services. Thank you!!

Michael was 20 minutes early to my appointment for a main sewer line clog in a 200 year old house. He took the time to search the property for our non-existent road access, crawled around in my gross crawlspace, and was very thorough in his cleaning process. He and his coworker Shane not only fixed my clog, but explained the next steps in replacing my old, crushed terracotta piping connected to the junction they cleaned out. I respect their mission to fix the whole problem, not just put a band aid on it. I recommend Option One because they not only do good work, but also have a good attitude, are very personable and care about their customers. I look forward to working with them again soon.

Joe .K and Dustin.W came and checked water pressure had a problem coming from Pressure valve to house checked it out and fixed problem was clogged from city working on sewer and they hit waterline and it causes dirt to block water coming to home. Did a wonderful job highly recommend

I don't trust a business that doesn't have a basic price checklist. I called for a gas stove installation and I was told that the person that comes out would give me a price. So if the job is $75 then I could be charged $285 just based on what they say. Not Good!

This is a good company, interested in satisfying and preserving relationships with their customers. The technician (William Boynton) was very polite, honest, and a general pleasure to have in our home. I did have a disagreement with the company, not the technician, over the disclosure of fees (so I would suggest you have a thorough discussion when engaging their services); however, the owner was very kind and generous towards me, granting my requests and FAR beyond. Even though this job didn't work out, I will consider hiring them again in the future. Thanks, Osborne, for an excellent experience.

I could not recommend Zoom more highly; they were great! Jay was extremely responsive and helpful. Duane, the technician, offered the wisdom that only comes with his twenty years of experience. Not only did they clear my main drain, but they scoped the line, both downstream and upstream of the cleanout, at no additional charge. With this, we were able to diagnose the problem and save me thousands in unnecessary repairs. They also recorded the entire scope on video and emailed me it for my reference. I would call them and recommend them in a heartbeat!

On Sunday, I called to schedule an appointment and confirm that a plumber would come out on Monday. Previously, I had called a different plumbing service, but they arrived late and gave me the runaround. The plumber from Expart Charlotte Plumber showed up on time, and he was both friendly and efficient. After assessing the situation, he quickly unclogged the drain and restored full functionality to the sink. He did not overcharge me and I tipped him generously because of his promptness. If anyone needs a plumber, they should definitely call this business. Now I understand why so many people have given them 5 stars.

Mi es perencia fue muy mala. Mi esposo yamo para que bienieran aber el calenton que asi una semana lo abiamos con prado y estaba tirando agua segun el que bino areparar el liqueo dijo nesesitaba una ponpa en sima del calenton y sela puso pero sigio liquiando agua los yamamos otrabes y si binieron pero el calenton sigue tirando el agua. Y me cobraron $ 809.74. Hoy no tego como pagar atra con pania porque sen nosotros pagamos esa cantida porque eyos iban asolucionar el problema y no fue asi asi que yo. No los recomiendo anadie porque no isieron nada todo sigue igual como si no ubiera pago para que lo areilaran fue una mala inbercion

I had Joe as my plumber and he was phenomenal. Welcoming, friendly, informative, on time and helpful. He installed 4 faucets. Three in our bathroom and one in our kitchen. Super satisfied working with Danny and Joe
