I was incredibly impressed working with Charlotte Plumbing. Having not worked with them before I had no idea what to expect. My first Interaction With Christina to detail problem was professional, and timely. She was quick to get in touch with me; completely understood what I was trying to convey as to what the problem might be. Appt was set up quickly. She followed up w/ a confirmation VM & txt to confirm time and provide details about my plumber,Josh, who would be handling my issue.
Josh arrived on time; with mask; very polite, professional, and the-most knowledgeable plumber I have worked with. Josh took the time to explain the situation and answer all my questions, of which I had many. As a single woman I felt completely safe having Charlotte plumbing assist with my problems. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend them. I will be using them again in the future.

Had a slow drain kitchen sink other plumber came to clear, instead of clearing the drain they clogged it up completely and said I had to get expensive hydro jet done , Mr. Rooter came and checked it out and had it completely cleared in 30 minutes with out having to get expensive hydro jet. They cleaned up and left me very happy.

AAA city plumbing did a great job on reinstalling my water and sewer lines. Their response time was excellent and were able to complete the job much sooner than I expected.

These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

A+ service. Organized, professional, and prompt. Were able to show up same day. Millennial friendly, they text you when they are on their way and email you a receipt with pictures from their handy ipad. The technician, Michael, was friendly and in and out in 30 minutes or less.

John Ritchie was the only plumber who was able to fix our gas leak at the Quality Inn & Suites Rock Hill. After calling numerous other large national companies, Mr. Ritchie was the only one who came out and was able to fix it. I would definitely recommend his services for both residential and commercial services. He does exceptional work at reasonable prices.

Too bad I am not able to give more than 5 stars. Highly professional, on time, VERY reasonable pricing and easy to schedule a service time. Matthew was on time and explained everything thoroughly.

The house I just purchased had polybutylene pipes in them. John came out and was very informative and gave me all of my options in an easy to understand way. He also pointed out some things that were not in my inspection report but were not to code with my water heater and pressure valve. Luckily I was still under contract and they worked with me so that I could work with the sellers to have them pay for the repairs. I hired them to repipe the entire house and fix everything that wasn't to code. They were able to start work right away and got everything completed in only TWO days!! They worked hard so I didn't have to be without water on either day and on the third day they had the inspector come out and passed first go around. We got quotes from 2 other plumbers and they werent necessarily the cheapest or most expensive but they were the best value for the quality and knowledge they provided.

Two weeks ago I learned about MKB Plumbing, Chuck Austin came to do a job for one of my clients, and then two other clients needed repairs on their inspection list. They were prompt, honest and priced fairly and I have never found a Plumbing Company so responsible and honest that I could call and have work done in a few days. My clients and I thank you. Clogged main drain prevented use of house water systems. Problem rapidly diagnosed and repairs began. I was kept informed about repair actions and even noticed and repaired the adjacent drain the builder used to tie in the house to the main drain..super knowledgeable and proficient. I’d hire him again without hesitation. Steven Anderson was great!

They arrived on time, and were friendly and professional from start to finish. Behind the sheet rock was a pretty bad plumbing job from the previous contractor, they took care of everything with ease and educated me along the way! These guys know what they are doing, and I am very pleased with everything! Licensed, bonded and insured! Complete rip off. $324 to replace shower cartridge (includes $25-30 cartridge). TOOK LESS THAN 1 HOUR. This does not include $79 service fee to my home. Do NOT recommend using Osborne Plumbing & Drain.

They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I had work done for months ago, and my sink is now leaking all over again.

Great service as usual. I’m a residential general contractor and I have been using them for years for all of my remodeling projects. They do excellent work to code and there are never any issues with inspections.

I met both the father and son. They came when they said they would and they were prompt. They told us what it would cost to evaluate the situation prior to doing work. They polite, and explained everything they were doing. They found the leak that was in the slab. They temporarily stopped the leak. I plan to have them back to complete the rerouting and repair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them,

I would highly recommend Rose Plumbing to anyone searching for plumbing services. Chris was able to quickly diagnose and fix my project for a very fair price. He was a class act and I will hire him again if and when I have any additional plumbing needs.

This was our first time using MKB's services and I must say our experience was outstanding. We called, they came, problem solved--very promptly!
