Totally impressed. Courteous, reasonably priced, fast, professional, great work. Did I mention reasonably priced? Quote was given before the work was completed. And Jason went above and beyond the level of service expected. I now have my go-to plumbing company.

Called Queen City and requested to have someone check the water pressure in my kitchen sink. They had a professional plumber Jason Charles came out the next day. Jason tried many problem solving issues but unfortunately I had to replace the whole faucet. Jason was professional and took very good care of my needs. Having just moved into a new home, I was worried not having hot water with good pressure. I would recommend them for any plumbing need.

Ted was awesome, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us out. We weren't able to find the shutoff valve (even after having our handyman look) and he found it in 2 seconds as well as the county water meter which helped identify any leaks we had throughout the house. Nealleigh Rice is a real lady. She took off the toilet, unclogged my sewer, scoped it out and ran the line again to knock out a little trouble area. She put the toilet back on with a new seal and a water line and made sure I was happy with the job. Great job!The only drawback is the cost was pretty steep.

Dustin came as scheduled... which beats the competition already! Took a look at issues in our half bath and kitchen sink. He told me how long it would take and the cost. Both were exactly as he explained, again surpassing their competitors. We will be calling All About The pipes for all of our future needs!

Charlotte Plumbing Masters employee, Mike, was scheduled to be here at 2PM but to my surprise he called and wanted to know if it would be okay to show up early. When Mike arrived, I spoke to him about my shower head leaking and mentioned that I had the same problem 5 years ago. Mike evaluated the problem and found that my water pressure setting was too high (going into the house), causing my water cartridge in my shower to wear out too quickly. He also mentioned, that my warranty company may pay for the repairs, which was a surprise to me. Unfortunately, after contacting the warranty provider (Total Home Protection) they stated they would not cover anything (poor choice of a warranty company by me). Mike then went to work on fixing the problem and was finished bringing my water system up to code. I would gladly have Mike back again as the was very friendly but professional and did a great job !!

My water heater started leaking and I called guaranteed plumbing they were very knowledgeable and helpful with fixing our problem they walked us threw every step to get us a new heater I will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing problems

This whole company is awesome. I called Sunday evening about a leak and was told someone could come out 8 am Monday. Matthew showed up at 8 am on the dot. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a hairline crack in the pipe leading to my outdoor spicket) and quoted me a price BEFORE doing any work. They offer 5 packages for that service, from Band Aid all the way up to Platinum-- I was most impressed that he didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed. He had to cut a small piece of my drywall due to the location of the pipe but let me know beforehand that he had to do this so I had the option of saying no. He explained everything he was doing and had me watch some of the process so I could see exactly from where the leak sprung and how he was fixing it. This is my first time using a plumber in Charlotte & I will never use anyone else. There was no service fee and my total was less than two hundred. I couldn't be more impressed or pleased with this service.

Had previously used but never again. Left two bathrooms dirty from installation of two toilets and four sinks. Returned second day to compete order and did not fix the problem instead backed their truck into my lawn and left a large rut and broke a sprinkler head in the process. I was billed over $1700 and no one ever called me about my complaint about mess left in bathrooms or my lawn. Unacceptable.
