Our experience with Benjamin Plumbing was extremely satisfying. After our home warranty sent us contact information for an unreliable plumber and then having them tell us it wouldn’t be until the next week before being able to send someone else out, despite being an ICU nurse on the Covid floor and 32 weeks pregnant with a 2 year old at home, Benjamin Plumbing went above and beyond and got someone sent out ASAP to ease our worries of a public health disaster for our family! Well, he did it again! Scott is amazing!

Back in July he came out to investigate a leak, made a suggestion and said he would return if that was not the answer.

With special family events pending, I needed to wait but last week (5 weeks after the first visit) we began using the toilet as suggested and it started leaking.

He came yesterday - I called at 11 and he was here at 5 and stayed until almost 7. We discussed the options and to my horror (but agreement) he had to cut through the ceiling. He did suggest this as an option in his first visit and in hindsight, that wood was rotted, so it had to be done.

He found and showed me the leak in like 30 seconds.

He came back today with BJ (very helpful), pulled the old toilet, repaired the flange, installed a new toilet and even saved me a bit off the estimate since he was able to approach the repair in a different way.

The area is very clean and with his suggestions, I have a better toilet than I did before.

This guy is awesome - ask for Scott!! ?

Had an excellent experience with Dave H. today. He really went the extra mile to make sure our low water pressure issue was resolved in a timely manner, and the service fee was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling AAA for any future plumbing needs I have!

We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. He fixed our issue with minimal effort. Thank you very much for the great experience. Would definitely recommend this company if plumbing is needed.

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. Our hot water heater went out and my home warranty company assigned the work to Carolina Plumbing Pros LLC. The hot water heater had to be replaced. With a young son, we needed hot water immediately. The technician did the work quickly and we had hot water in no time. Great and flexible service!
