Jason came out, assessed the problem, explained to us exactly what was happening and what to expect, and was out the next day to have it resolved. He and his team were incredibly professional, yet relatable and I felt like I could trust their word and judgement on what we needed! We would highly recommend this company!

This service involved three trips to get the job done. First two technicians failed to solve the leaking problem. Finally on the last technician, Gavin #228, you got the job done. Gavin was very professional and solved the problem in a timely manner. You should have more Gavin's. The first two technicians did,t seem to know how to solve the leaking problem. The only way I would recommend Rotorooter in the future is the job Gavin did.

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

Unfortunately, we discovered an issue with our hot water heater and contacted our home warranty company. Fortunately, Charlotte Plumbing Masters were sent to our home! It was our first-time doing business with them, and we had an excellent experience! John R. was amazing! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything, and I learned more about plumbing in the 10-15 minutes of him explaining the inner guts of our hot water heater! He is considerate, respectful and takes pride in his work. He even won our dog's love! I also have to give a shout out to Carol - she was amazing as well. So considerate and went above and beyond to help us deal with certain issues with our warranty company. Her customer service was wonderful. It was refreshing to deal with such a class-act company!
