Team did a great job and it was a big job but they did it in one day. They stayed late to ensure it was finished and everyone was professional and focused on getting the job done right. Very thankful to have it fixed.

Jeremy was very helpful and really took time to explain everything and answer my questions. Much more so than other plumbing companies I had contacted. Gave me various itemized/detailed quotes to choose from based on how basic or extensive work I wanted. I picked one in the middle. I will definitely use Wyatt Works again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Called at 4 pm on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Stan was at our door in less than 30 minutes. No weekend charge, no holiday charge and gave us Military discount to boot. Had problem diagnosed and solved quickly. Left our home as clean as he found it. Very polite and respectful. If I need help again, not only will I call Roto Rooter, but I will request Stan.

Plumber arrived at my home within an hour of my initial call after another plumber had put me off for days. Mike was kind and respectful, explained his work in a way I could understand, and allowed us to provide payment and finished his work while we were gone. He then sent a full report via text and email with photos of his work and thanked me for my business. Final bill was exactly the price given at the estimate. I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters in the future!

Our technician, Andy, was outstanding. I called HomeServe and am So pleased I.R.V. Plumbing answered the call! Stressed that my toilet overflowed because it shares a line out of the house with washing machine AND ruined a section of my wood floors! Andy came in, inspected, assessed, explained, repaired (cleared) the line and even cleaned the floor area before re-installing my toilet. Awesome!

Can't even put into words how awesome John is! He was friendly and focused on getting the job done in a decent amount of time. My rowdy 3 year old provided constant entertainment and it didn't seem to bother John at all! Pricing was very affordable and agreed upon before any services were done. 5 minute phone call to explain issues, service scheduled immediately following and everything was corrected within 3-business days. They sent me a text when the tech was on the way, even with a photograph and background of that specific technician.10/10 on all accounts and highly recommended!

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for “ just part of the invoice for the excavation the detection of the leak and the put back for the cement not the entire invoice”. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn’t generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

The guy that came out was very perfessional. He assessed thoroughly to figure out the problem. He explained the problem to me and fixed it.

I am a General Contractor serving the ATX. Hired Burl and his crew to come in and re-route a master bath to move the tub and shower in order to give my client more room and a modern look. Burl (the owner) showed up to make sure all was good and left us in good hands. Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.
