Best Water Damage Repair in Charlotte NC

Josh and Alec were awesome. They arrived on time this morning and started immediately. They let me know when they had to go get parts and when they took their lunch break so I knew what was happening. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication about the venting of my tankless hot water heater which was not discovered until they were wrapping up around 5:30pm. Without hesitation, they reached out to their boss and stayed until 7:30pm correcting the situation. They were tidy, communicative, respectful, and professional. We recently relocated to Charlotte and I now know who our plumber will be, regardless of the issue. These guys are top notch!

Edward was great. He came on time, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all questions, and provided several options we could go with for the repair.

Dave gave me a more than fair estimate on a new water heater and stayed late to get to us after finishing his regular day!
We are so thankful he was able to get to us. We tend to take little things like hot water for granted until it’s no longer there.

Jeff Heavner was prompt, professional and friendly. He explained explained the job process and costs upfront. He was able to quickly unclog one drain and helped find a leak in the second bathroom. We would definitely ask for Jeff in the future.

My gas logs would no longer work. Tony and Jay came out, identified the problem (controller had gone bad), and showed me how I could use the logs manually until they could get a new controller. Then they came back, cleaned everything, and installed the new controller. They were quick, efficient, and didn't leave even a speck of dust! Even cleaned the inside glass for me before they put things back (difficult to reach with everything installed).

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us.
