Best Tankless Water Heater Replacement in Charlotte NC

Found someone to do the for 1/3 the cost of what he wanted to do the job for.
I would not recommend this Co.

This company claims that they are in the Salisbury, nc area when I called them. They are even under Google advertising this. They gave me an appointment between 10 am-12 pm the next day. Great! However no one showed up! When I called after 12pm to make sure someone was coming, they said my appointment was cancelled because no one serves the area... even though they advertise they do! And NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THIS?! They don't know what they are doing there! UNRELIABLE. DO NOT USE.

John B was great, he was prompt (even on a Sunday evening!), very thorough, friendly, explained the issues/ problems well, fixed everything and then some! I would definitely recommend John B and Rapid-Rooter Plumbing Service again.

Brett and Eric did an amazing job. Our water heater kicked the bucket at 8pm on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. Brett was fast to respond and give a quote. They did a great job, a beautiful installation, very professional, and had me up and running in an hour and a half on black friday. Will definitely hire them again for all my plumbing needs. The guys were super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.

My hot water heater broke after a great run of 18 years. It is direct vent so more expensive than the average hot water heater. I initially received an estimate that sounded extremely high. I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and they were able to do the work for $1,000 less without cutting corners. Diyan, my installer, was professional and did a thorough job of installing my new hot water heater and making sure I had any questions answered. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should I need additional plumbing work.

He was friendly he got straight to work. He made sure all needs were met. Jay was very supportive in helping out as well. I look forward to doing future business.

Shannon and Adam installed a new water heater, a dishwasher, and practically rebuilt my leaking kitchen sink. It was a tedious job and they were the right men for it! We purchased a condo on South Padre Island last September. We immediately replaced the water heater. I searched for plumbers in the area — we didn’t know the area or people to ask for referrals.I found Burl’s on line and read the reviews.
