I can tell that these guys have a lot of experiences. I have been fighting with toilet room Sewer smell for a couple of weeks now and have replaced the toilet seal twice and did everything I can do. But the smell is still there. I called this company and would like them to come to check it. One gentleman answered the phone. After I told him the problem and what I have done, he told me to check the vent line at the ceiling or the area to check if there is any dead animal. I told him that I checked before. But he asked me to check it carefully again. He told me that my toilet should be alright. So I checked it carefully again. It turned out that I found a dead squirrel. I can tell this company has decent, experienced people. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them

John did a excelent job with our work replacing water cut off valves. Very professional at their work. Finished in a timely manner and friendly.

Plumber came and fixed the drain in no time. Told me tips on how to prevent more clogs and how to clean up after dirty water had gotten underneath the cabinets.

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

Reggie did a great job taking care of the plumbing issues. We had multiple tubs/sinks to look at and he was in and out, even waited on me briefly to meet him. I've used ER Plumbing on our rental before and this is the first time using them on my primary home but will continue to do so! Would recommend, fair in pricing and everything is now working fine.

Great service as usual. I’m a residential general contractor and I have been using them for years for all of my remodeling projects. They do excellent work to code and there are never any issues with inspections.

Called them because we had a toilet that needed to be replaced ASAP. They came out very quickly, were super friendly, and replaced the toilet promptly. Later they had to come back because of a small leak which was causing the toilet to make an annoying “running” noise. They came out very quickly again with eagerness and were very helpful. Took care of it in a jiffy! Call them with all your plumbing needs. You won’t regret it! Thanks guys!

This was our first time using MKB's services and I must say our experience was outstanding. We called, they came, problem solved--very promptly! I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

This guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. He cursed my wife out for no apparent reason. I don't know if he was drunk when he answered the phone but he sounded like he may have been intoxicated. Maybe he was just having a bad day but his attitude is totally unacceptable. I would recommend staying away from this guy. He seems like a real hot head.
