Julian's is awesome! Had the main water line break to my house, Julian's had their guys there the next morning and I had water within the hour. Highly recommend!

Was having drain issues with are two tubs. I called these guys cause I saw they had so many good reviews on Google.They came out to the house the next day and gave me free advice that could possibly help with drain issues. I used there advice and still had some issues with one of the tubs. I called them back and had them come out with professional tools and take care of it.The price was very reasonable and the work was great! These guys were willing to give me free advice in hopes I could fix issue myself! Then came out to did a outstanding job on the one drain I couldn't fix myself.Do yourself a favor and call these guys with any plumbing issues you may have! They're awesome!

Our water main broke during the snowstorm and we were without water while Charlotte water dragged it's feet and allowed thousands of gallons to pour out into the street. Ryan from Mr. Rooter saved us. He and his counterpart promptly got an excavator and dug a trench to repair the main pipe. He was extremely courteous and friendly and they finished the job with minimal collateral damage to our yard. Really happy with the speed and communication from Ryan and his team.

I came home from vacation 9/30/18 to a broken hot water heater . My home buyers extended warranty was very slow and first company they dispatched was out of busines! . As soon as they found CHARLOTTE PLUMBING MASTERS , my bad luck turned around. Tim ( office mgr) was so understanding and worked quickly to get a technician to my house within hours ! Michael, the technician was very thorough and knowledgable ..called my home warranry company on the spot so we could get the hot water heater approved and installed asap! Will definitely use these guys in the future if/when the need arises!

Tankless water heater annual flush and service. Replaced outdoor water faucet as well. Checked other under sink areas for leaks.

Tony did a great job diagnosing my problem (pressure reducer failed so my water pressure was too high causing leaks at the outdoor spigot). He suggested several possible solutions with different cost points. He performed the work and was very polite and professional.

Can't say enough good things about John Ritchie and his plumbing services. I have been nothing but PLEASED with them from START to FINISH since working with them in the past week.
Our home had original cast iron sewer pipes that had aged and finally began leaking in our basement. We tried for 4 weeks to call well established plumbers in the local area to come out for an estimate...and would only be told that everyone was booked for weeks...that is if they even bothered to return our calls.
After continuing to research, I found Ritchie Plumbing...saw the great reviews he already had...and took my shot. My call was answered immediately, and they came out to do a quote that same day...Free of charge, since we lived in the local Stvl area.
After they left, I already knew that I TRUSTED them to do the work....even before getting the quote....which they already had done up for me by the end of the day. And the pricing was so reasonable, for the work that had to be done!!.
I'm HAPPY to say that a week later....my pipes have been replaced. The job was done within a day....I had a little to zero clean up to do after they left...and the service was so PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. I have HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company to my friends who are looking to have plumbing work done....and I will only use Ritchie Plumbing in the future. We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. He fixed our issue with minimal effort. Thank you very much for the great experience. Would definitely recommend this company if plumbing is needed.

First thing Mr Reggie was on time he found out the problem in a timely manner. Reggie explained what needs to be done and was helpful with the questions I ask. Very professional guy thanks for your help Reggie hopefully u can return to fix our problem. Also Reggie was very respectful to my home I told him he didn’t have to put on those shoe covers but he insisted to wear them very professional company.

REALLY love this company! They are so GREAT! They did a job for us that so many other plumbers either complained about or said would take 4 hours. Cannot say enough great things about them!!

Had a gas stove delivered by a big box store, but installer wouldn't hook it up because the gas line in the house was too big for the connector line. Called Burl, and 15 minutes later he was at the house. 30 minutes later range was installed. Cost more $ than I wanted, but for speed, efficiency, and professionalism, it was worth the price.

I highly recommend Rose Plumbing. We needed someone right away and Chris was able to come first thing in the morning. Great service.
