Best Sinks Sink Repair Sink Installation in Charlotte NC

Justin replaced my water heater, garbage disposal and a few pipes that were missing under one of my sinks. I just bought this condo and that's the work that it needed and he handled it very professionally. The price was right on point and everything. Cleaned up behind himself, took his shoes off when he came in so that he didn't track any mud. This was a great transaction.

If you are a senior citizen please BEWARE...this company offers a senior citizen discount to reel you in but the price you will be quoted will be extremely high, poor quality, and not worth your money. My mother called Benjamin Franklin to locate a leak in our home because our water bill was higher than usual. Benjamin Franklin sent a technician to our home and the technician stated that he could not find a leak anywhere but it could be possibly be our toilets. He asked if she wanted a repair and she asked him to quote a price for the cost of the repair. He quoted the price of $457 to fix the toilet (a flapper; which he stated was the issue). My mother declined the service because she thought it was a little excessive.. He asked for the service fee and travel of $57 plus tax. My mother paid him. Less than 24 hours later we had FLOODING in our basement where the water heater is located. We immediately call BF to get another technician to look at the issue. The representative stated that we would have to PAY for another service call because this call was not related to the original service call. Side Note: During the technicians inspection, he did not secure the valve on top of the tank and water was everywhere. I had to call another plumber to come and fix the issue. I called again to speak to another representative about their policies and she stated that what the previous representative stated was not the case and that she would escalate the situation to her manager. The manager returned our call and stated that his technicians don't touch anything which doesn't make much sense if you are there to inspect for leaks how could you not touch anything? The customer is not right in this case. Also, we have never had any issues with the water heater. He offered to give us a refund of $61.47 and that was pretty much all he was good for. I lost way more money than $61.47 but hopefully this review will help others save their money.

I would highly recommend this company. We hired Option one plumbing to install a whole home water filter.
Daniel, our tech was on time and very professional. He went through all the work with us a head of time to make sure everything was accurate. Once completed, Daniel reviewed all the features of the unit and stayed an extra 40 minutes to allow the unit to run to…ensuring that there was no issues.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. Will use them again from any plumbing needs that I have. Thank YOU!!!

Quite concerned about the 5 stars this company has been receiving. Not only did we receive poor customer service, but we were also faced with the company's inability to comply with its contractual obligations, unsatisfactory and partial performance by its employee (Kevin), and the company's inability to provide relief to damages caused to the property by the employee. This company does not deserve the praise that they have been receiving and this should serve as a warning to those considering using its services. Legal action will be taken in order to recover damages.

In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. Prices are very reasonable. We are very happy with With The Flow.

Have used the twice for different rental properties. One was where water was leaking from upstairs into the downstairs kitchen. They adjusted their schedule to handle the emergency.

We moved into a new house and had several Plumbing issues shortly after. Presidential Plumbing installed new toilet and a faucet and fix several leaks. Very professional and friendly. They were very quick to work us into their schedule and did a great job. Highly recommend!!

I was immediately impressed with how quickly FATman responded. Both Joshua and Dillon kept me informed with what was going on and they both did a superior job getting the old water heater out of the attic and getting the new one up in there. The installation is very clean and they diligently brought everything up to code from the 29 year old installation of the previous one. Dillon throughly explained the operation of the new heater. I loved their sense of humor - made for a very pleasant experience in every way.

Excellent service and friendly staff. We called with an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. Chris arrived at the house within 30 minutes from our initial call. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within another 30 minutes..a clogged plumbing line between the house and the street was causing our downstairs toilet to overflow. The price charged for the service was very reasonable and significantly less than we were expecting for an emergency Saturday service call. Chris also explained to us some additional potential issues that we may have with our outside plumbing lines due to tree roots and a low spot in the front lawn. He suggested a way that we could cost effectively troubleshoot the issue ourselves and if we needed him in the future to help replace plumbing lines and get the necessary permitting, then we could give him a call. We will definitely be using FATman for our future plumbing needs and will recommend FATman to our friends!!!

Not impressed. Way over priced. Spent 20min trying to snake a drain that wasn’t resolved in the end. Charged nearly $500. Save your money, look elsewhere. There are companies willing to negotiate or finish the job. The best customer is a repeat customer. I learned my lesson.
