I can't say enough good about Jeff Julian and his crew! I've known and done business with Julian's Plumbing for many years, and I would trust them with the keys to my front door. Honest and great work at a fair price!

UPDATED - after sharing my experience on Google, I received an extremely unprofessional and aggressive phone from their customer service representative, Laura. She threaten that she could have charged me a lot more for service than she did and that I should not have written a review.BEWARE - had Ben Franklin come look at minor leak in a toilet. The issue was simply a loose bolt the the technician tightened.The total bill invoice was for $163. The service call was $77, there were no parts needed for the repair so it was $83 to tighten the bolt.Not to mention, the technician lied to me on the phone and told me he was there for 45 minutes however my tenant said he was in and out in about 10.They did refund some of the money after I voiced my concerns.Regardless, that's bad business. I was very optimistic about this business based on the good reviews but got ripped off. Would not recommend.

Very happy with our service this morning. The technician was clean and polite. After he set our toilet he found where there was actually a leak in the water supply line and fixed that as well. Would recommend them to other homeowners.

Joshua Moua was great all overall. My water heater died and he came right away to diagnosed the problem order me a new heater and installed it next day. He made sure there was no leaks while replacing in the new one. And everything works perfect. Thanks for being so reliable Josh.

I have brought in Mr. Rooter for a few of our customer plumbing needs. The techs are always professional, thorough, and honest, showing where the problem is even if it is not a plumbing issue they can charge to fix. David, who answers the phone and schedules the appointments, is the epitome of courtesy, customer service, professionalism, and communication. After taking down all relevant information, I will usually hear back within several minutes with all the details of the scheduled service call. The repairs are always thorough and the prices are fair. I will always refer Mr. Rooter to my clients.

We've used Randy with Option One three times now and he's incredible. Very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Today he fixed our fireplace gas logs.

The plumber was very prompt and knowledgeable about my issue, and offered recommendations. He evaluated the issue and resolved it quickly. The issue was a city related one, and out of my control. The issued required no work on his behalf, so I was not charged. Great experience! Thanks.

Terrible experience. I called and got a quote of a $50 visit cost plus any extras the plumber would need to do (I thought that meant extras other than unclogging the drain as that’s what I said needed to be done). When Chris got here he told me it would be a total cost of $300 to unclog the drain, nothing else was needed and it would take min.of 20 min.to max. of 1 hour. At max that’s an outrageous hourly labor fee of $250. When I complained about it Chris said he would not do the job but still wanted the $50 visit fee. Unbelievable!! I sent him on his way. No one likes hidden fees but this was ridiculous. I should have been told upfront before Chris made the trip what the cost could be. He told me himself that 80% of the time a drain is necessary so I should have been told that price. I can’t deal with services that try to hoodwink their customers.

UPDATE: I saw response from the management justifying the exorbitant surprise cost. I called another reputable plumbing company after this fiasco and got my drain unclogged for $180. That's almost half of what Rapid-Rooter wanted. That was several months ago and everything is working just fine.

I had a sewerage back up in my home. To begin, the rep who answered the phone was super pleasant and Jeff 1513 was at my home in less than 30 minutes. He was able to identify the main source of my issue immediately (where a previous company that came out couldn’t). His service was prompt and customer service was superb. He turned my worries into worry less. I appreciate him and team for everything!!!

Cory installed the new toilet and 3 faucets, contracted by Lowe’s. He was extremely professional and did a great job.

I had used IRV on two previous occasions some years ago, so I turned to them again with confidence when a toilet clog resisted all our amateur efforts. The IRV team was great from my first call — made on a Sunday to get myself in line for Monday. The next morning, Melissa had us scheduled for a two-hour window, gave me clear instructions about how I would receive updates on scheduled arrival — AND was even cheerful on the first Monday of Daylights Savings Time!Master Plumber Tony arrived as the update specified, and was so polite and personable that he put me (and my dog) at ease in no time. In examining the toilet, he saw a drip I had failed to mention. I had thought the small drip was coming from a bolt connecting the tank to base, so I had put a glass under it to catch the occasional drip. But Tony crawled underneath to check further and photographed what was clearly a hairline crack that ran the whole width of the tank, and was oozing a foul, mold-laden gel-like substance! The “gel” was actually plugging the crack, but geez— it was PAST time for that toilet to go! Tony worked with me to get a unit and installation that were affordable, detailed everything that would be in the bill, picked up the new toilet within the hour, and completed the installation cleanly and professionally that evening!He left the bathroom clean, and even carried the towels I’d used to soak up the overflow to my washing machine for me because the full laundry basket of water-logged towels was so heavy. So isn’t there a 6th star somewhere that I can add to my rating of Team IRV and super-star Tony?

Jack was out to replace my hot water heater and I couldn't be happier! Friendly, fast, and left the place cleaner than it started. I have a go-to plumbing service now.

Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention. Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is.
