Best Sewer Line Inspection in Charlotte NC

Powder room sink was blocked and water from the condensate line was backing up into the basin. Travis Hammonds cleared the line and reassembled what I had taken apart to catch the AC drainage. Travis is a very personable guy and knowledgeable plumber. Thanks again!

The plumbers were friendly, courteous, prompt and professional. They kept the scheduled appointment time and didn't leave me hanging as some other companies have done to me in the past. They respected me and the inside of my home by wearing a face mask and shoe covers and also keeping a clean work space. They did a great job and made sure that I approved of their work. I would hire them again in the future and would recommend them to my friends.

I have used many plumbers, (I manage many rental properties) and I have had many bad experiences and I have to say I used Charlotte Plumbing today and they were AWESOME!!! GREAT customer service and Chad was my service tech and he was EXCELLENT! On-time, job done quickly and left no mess....actually cleaned up (unheard of!!!) after he was finished! I will definitely use again and hope Chad is the service technician!

Had an appointment on August, 2 with technician regarding my water heater inspection.It has been two days since the technician was scheduled to come but never show up. I called them on first day, they said their technicians little behind to give service coverage. I excepted some one would come next day, neither I got called nor technician I got service.

CPM is a joy to work with. They are professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. If I have a Plumbing issue in the future, they will be the first company that I contact.

Bliss came out to clean our tankless water heater. They were very respectful of the fact that I was on work calls, and located the heater and began work on their own. They were timely and arrived within the window. Generously they upgraded our cleaning to the deep clean free of charge! I’d 100% use them again!!

Mark and Omar spent the better part of the day digging, trenching and then replacing the damaged water line from my meter to my house and did a great job. They left the yard looking perfect. These two guys are an asset to the company. I would definitely use them again.

Brett built a new bathroom off one of our kids bedrooms. He came up with the best plumbing solution requiring new drain navigating a steel support beam and going down two floors with minimum drywall cuts. Very happy with the results and working with Brett was awesome - he has the highest integrity and all around great guy. We also hired Brett to run a gas line from our kitchen to the deck for the BBQ and gas fire pit. Once again, Brett proposed the best solution over other contractors which required routing a new gas line through cabinets, under a lazy susan and through the brick exterior.

John was professional and explained everything to me as he was working. He made sure to thoroughly resolve the problem and cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing problem.

OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

John did a very thorough and professional job on my home hvac and my separate split unit. He found and fixed a zone problem that many techs never found or understood. We are super pleased with John and his work.
