Best Sewer Pipe Inspection in Charlotte NC

My upstairs bathroom had a leak when someone was taking shower. I called for a service. I was told fixed trip charge was $450 for diagnose and non-refundable and didn't include any expense or labor for repair. That was a ridiculous number for me. I didn't use their service.

Adam and Russ came out to help me with some issues in the home I just moved into , the water pressure was reading 110 psi and my shower handle/valve was ruined and leaking Russ dug up my yard in the freezing cold and rain on a Sunday no less and professionally installed a shutoff valve and a pressure reducing valve so that my house could be serviced and also safeguarded fromHigh water pressures . During attempting to repair my shower we found that someone had already attempted to rebuild it and going into the wall was necessary , both guys were considerate , patient and professional and actually pretty chill guys . I understand the quality of work and what it costs to hire professionals for what needed to be done . I’m very satisfied with the work Adam and Russ put in they really went above and beyond ! and now I can actually feel peace of mind in my home . Thank you - Jason

I recently had a leaking hot water tank early in the morning. I gave Mr . Rooter a call and within 30 minutes they were here. Matt came in and fixed the problem in no time at all. He is a very knowledgeable plumber and knows his stuff!! I have used Mr. Rooter on several occasions. From frozen pipes to a leaking dishwasher they have always been there to help me. Day or night, weekday or weekend I can count on them to give me great service! I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else!!

I have a well at my home. We lost water pressure on Saturday and by Sunday we had no water. Now if your water has ever been out you know how terrible it is. I have used Option One Plumbing before and I called them on Sunday and they scheduled a plumber to come out on Monday between 1-3pm. Tyler and Scott arrived at my home on time and after inspecting the system knew that it was a well pump issue. They went over all of my options and answered all of my questions and scheduled the repair for Tuesday morning at 9am. They were on time and made the necessary repairs and I had water that afternoon. I initially called on a Sunday afternoon when I discovered an issue with my hot water heater. The gentleman I spoke with indicated he would be more than happy to come out, but might not have the part I needed. He didnt want me to spend the $$$ for a weekend call and set up a time for someone to come the next day - more likely to be able to get any parts needed.

Chris J. came out the next day and was very easy to work with. Fast and efficient. He found the problem and was able to repair it without any issues. I don’t know what this type of work typically costs, but it didn’t seem too bad. Plus, there’s something to be said for having the problem fixed within about 24 hours and saving the weekend call fee. These guys were very easy to work with and I’ll likely be calling them if I need any future fixes.

The office staff is professional with excellent follow up and responsiveness.The Technician Anthony Williams (Tony), who found and repaired a gas leak at our home was caring and superbly skilled in doing his job. He was efficient in explaining each step of the process. Tony was able to pinpoint the leak through his processes, something that the gas company, on three occasions, and another plumbing company had not done. If he is representative, of the staff at IRV, then they truly live bytheir name I -Integrity R - Responsiveness and V - ValueVee Matthews.

McCoy Plumbing has fixed/replaced many things for us over the past several years: our hot water heater, bladder tank, shower heads and leaky pipes. I have called in a panic each time and someone has always answered the phone. On a couple of occasions we actually needed a well or septic company and they were able to tell me who to call after I texted a few pictures of our issue. They’re great!!

Brett was so professional. Our school had a major leak and some sewage issues and he was able to come out and fix it in 2 days. He also worked with our schedule to ensure there was no disruption. We will be using him in the future.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Roto-Rooter sent out a team that took care of clean-up, fixing the failed pipes inside the house and corrected the problem outside so we would not find ourselves in this situation again. Sena our plumber(tech #3355) was incredible!! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of service in the Charlotte NC area. He removed close to 70 feet of cast iron pipe in a 2' crawl space and replaced it with PVC. The job took 3 days but he strategically made sure we had some working areas throughout the project.

OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

Way overcharged for an SS2 Water Safety switch at 203.50 that cost $23.80. I could see $50, but $203.50 is robbery.

Electrician came to diagnose and repair two outlets that had stopped working. He figured out the problem (two problems) and repaired it. Very thorough and explained everything he did. Great service!
