Call Queen City for your repairs! This is the second time I have had to use their services and as expected, they did another great job. We had a pipe in our garage that leaked every time we turned the water on in our bathrooms. The leaky pipe was causing water damage to the drywall/wood installed in the garage wall. Our tech removed the drywall/wood around the pipe to inspect and had to replace with new piping. He did great job and even cleaned the area once completed. We no longer have anymore leaks and couldn’t be happier! Thank you QCP

I can't say enough about these guys. Professional, friendly, timely, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. All Hours Plumbing replaced my water heater and corrected previous installation errors. They were early to the appointment. Explained what they were doing and they held true to their original quote. I will not call any other plumber.

McCoy Plumbing has fixed/replaced many things for us over the past several years: our hot water heater, bladder tank, shower heads and leaky pipes. I have called in a panic each time and someone has always answered the phone. On a couple of occasions we actually needed a well or septic company and they were able to tell me who to call after I texted a few pictures of our issue. They’re great!!

They were fast and timely! Would for sure use them again.

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Will did a great job! He was very personable, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly with our dog! Gave me some good tips and advice on maintaining garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, etc.

First off the customer service is the worst here. I called Duke energy because we have a hot water replacement coverage and they called Jim dickerson. To start off with they never called to schedule a time to come out to look at the hot water heater, I had to call them. Then because of the company having TWO technicians out they couldn't make it out until the following day. So the the technician comes out and lets us know its a valve that needs to be replaced. okay that's fine..... He said that is something he will need to see if it can be picked up at a part store or ordered. We had not heard anything until again we had to call which was after 4 pm and our appt was at 8am. Then finally the lady calls me back and tells me that they have to order this part and they are going to 1 day ship. also she told me that they couldn't guarantee for them to be able to come out on monday. So this means we would be without hot water all weekend. That is crazy and the worst customer service to leave a customer without hot water for a whole week. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! would not recommend Jim Dickerson.

Damion and Tyrell did an excellent job replacing our broken and leaking outdoor faucet for our house. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs that may arise.

Poor communication. Wasn't notified of when they were to arrive (as they stated they would). Then, they call and say they are leaving after sitting in front of the house for 40 minutes. Try ringing the door bell next time.

He came to remove grease trap and it's contents to dispose of.

Rick was great to work with. The issue turned out to be something completely minor, and didn't even try to charge me. Ended up with a free replacement part in the process. Will definitely use Peace of Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
