Best Sewer Line Camera in Charlotte NC

I called Julian's Plumbing to repair a leaky shower and also assess a water pressure issue and water hammer noise. Jason was at my house in less than one hour and remedied two of the three problems. He provided DYI recommendations for the remaining issue and said he was available to advise further on it if I needed help.

Jason was courteous, thoughtful and, most importantly gave me a frank assessment of my problems. I highly recommend Julian's Plumbing for residential repairs.

We had contacted Charlotte Plumbing after we thought we may have an issue with our main sewer line. They were able to send someone out the same day I called and quickly diagnosed the problem. They explained the issue to me in detail, gave me several options for next steps and answered all of the questions that I had. The following week, they sent a team out to complete the sewer line replacement. They finished the same day and spent a great deal of time leaving the lawn in the best condition that they could. Christina in the office was also extremely communicative with me throughout the entire process, updating me the whole time and was always easy to reach. Would highly recommend and use again!

Brett and his team are great. Very knowledgeable and very responsive, they work quickly and efficiently. Brett always finds the time to explain what they're doing and how things work. All Hours installed a tankless water heater at our house, which required some additional piping, and we're very happy with the quality of work.

I used the company for the annual Backflow Preventer Test as required by Charlotte Water. The service technician, Gavin, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was very professional and the test was completed without any problem. I will probably use them again next year.

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

I scheduled a backflow preventer check as required by the city. Roto Rooter was on their list of approved vendors. The technician was on time. Very polite. Followed instructions. When he presented me for a bill of over $300, I was surprised but I thought that all of the vendors recommended by the city must be similar. I found out later that some smaller companies will provide the same service for under $100. In addition, I had my own irrigation service checking the system a week later to install a new sprinkler control. He noticed that the backflow preventer was shut off. This is the first time I have had a negative experience with this company.

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.

The best and fast loading

My HVAC went out over the weekend. With the assistance of Angie at Jim Dickerson Co., I was able to get one of their techs out to do the repairs necessary to bring the system online, and to explain to me the cause of the problem and what my options were for a more permanent fix. Both the tech and Angie were pleasant and professional and both were sympathetic to the urgency of getting the repair done ASAP. They earned their 5 star rating!

The gentleman that came out was beyond professional and knowledgeable and I really do appreciate his experience and knowledge he deserves a raise

Never did call me back.

We were quoted $85.00 service call plus parts.
When the tech had diagnosed the problem it appeared we needed a $15.00 plastic part for our toilet. The Tech did a great job. He also checked with his boss for the price of installation . His boss Burl insisted on charging us $175.00 (!) to install this 15 dollar plastic piece. Take it or leave it! Burl's Plumbing does not deserve anyone's business, especially not a repeat business. Cannot be recommended -

Chris Rose replied right away to an emergency situation and arrived promptly. He fixed our issue and price was less than expected. Super-nice guy as well! Highly recommend!

A/C guys said we had a water leak so we called Precision Plumbing, they came to check it out and said very simple fix. Also said welcome to the area and enjoy your new home. HONEST, prompt, and courteous. Truly how a business should be run. Thanks Taylor B.
