After receiving follow up septic tank service from AAA, I was impressed with their promptness and promise to repair or replace their warranted part. Their crew arrived as scheduled and the technician took the time to explain the details of the replacement. Additionally, the technician further outlined his installation after the job was done. The replacement followed the necessary steps to ensure the performance of pump and follow SC code. I again would use AAA for septic system repair and also recommend their services.

I am so Thankful for Rapid-Rooter Plumbing today. I had a major plumbing issue this morning and Rapid-Rooter sent John Bird to my home within 30 mins. from the time I called. John accessed the problem and got working on it immediately. He was very informative and keep me up to date on everything he was repairing. Great Job John! Had All Hours Plumbing out today to install a toilet, 2 hose bibs, and a new pressure reducing valve under the house. Johnny was great, on time, and pleasant to work with. I was texted, emailed and called every step of the way. Their prices were realistic and I was serviced next day. Highly recommend. They will be my plumber going forward.

We had our hot water heater give out a couple days before Christmas, impeccable timing. John (the plumber) came out on Christmas Eve night and stayed for hours fixing the problem. The only reason why I gave 4/5 stars was because he arrived an hour and a half early to the appointment and caught us unprepared! Otherwise a great experience, very friendly and upfront. He explained everything he did and made sure we knew what we were paying for. He also provided us with options in the quote. I would definitely recommend them as your go-to plumber!

We had all of our plumbing replaced. Caleb was on top of things. He worked at my house for 12 straight hrs. without a break. He did a great job and he's a very nice guy. I'd recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing needs.
