I would recommend them.And I got the gift of Dekota and Nas for an additional visit. They came out - troubleshot the issue, provided a fix and did it with a smile! I have used AAA CITY plumbing on 3 occasions. One to repair a garage disposal and fix a water heater leak. 2nd was to install a new Garbage disposal and also A new faucet in the kitchen. The last time we called them out to extend the flange for the toilet to sit properly after new flooring. Every time they were prompt. Gave you a definitive price before they start and always tell you to check online for discounts to apply before the work is completed.

This company is amazing, and probably the best if you want a real plumber. I work for a restoration company and good plumbers are hard to find. They gave us a time frame; I was honestly expecting 2-3 hours later, considering it was 8PM and that's how majority of plumbers are. No, they gave us a 9PM time and sent out a tech, on time, that diagnosed and found the problem right away. Our technician, Chris Jones, was professional, respectful, and like I said, found the problem right away. Very happy to have gotten Chris as our technician.

I had a dripping sound in my ceiling downstairs when my shower was on upstairs. I called All Hours, and a technician walked me through checking my drain for a clog.
Turns out, I had a huge hairball clog in the drain, causing the water to back up. All Hours saved me from spending a lot of money, and I really appreciate that.
If I do need plumbing help in the future, All Hours will be my first and only call.

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

Although repairs have not begun yet, I'm completely confident in the work they will do. Our technician, John R, did an absolutely outstanding job of potential causes and solutions after an extremely thorough exam. He pointed out and explained out-of-date/not to current standards plumbing that could potentially cause problems. The house was built in 1972 with most of the original plumbing, this is to be expected. He did not try to sell us repairs in that facet, just offered some advice as to prioritizing repairs. John went above and beyond, he took time to answer all our questions never making us feel as if we were wanting his time. He's extremely personable, knowledgeable and has decades of experience. By the time he left, we knew we had finally found a trustworthy plumbing company with technicians you can't help but to trust. I will happily recommend this company to every home / business owner I know. Although no one wants plumbing issues, they happen. Charlotte Plumbing Masters are the ones who will correct them! A++++!

Contacted John on a Sunday about a really bad leak coming from our master bathroom into our garage. He came out first thing Monday morning. He came in assessed the leak and within 10 mins found the issue and had everything readily available to do the repair. He even notice that we had no drain cap in our front yard and took care of that as well! Super friendly, down to earth and professional. We didn't have a plumber before today but he's definitely our go to plumber moving forward! Do not hesitate to call him

Kelly was a huge help over the phone. After speaking with her we realized that I was being quoted way too high by another company. Matthew came to my house that same day and replaced my ancient water heater in a very quick and professional manner. I would absolutely use this company again.

Urgently called this business at 4:45pm on a Friday and was greeted by the most lovely lady named Joyce. They were about to shut down for the evening but she was nice enough to contact the owner who called right away. Without going into great detail, I had broken a pipe and had water leaking through my ceiling . It was a mess but Mr. Jones took care of everything! The job took several hours but he stayed until everything was done perfectly! So lucky I found them! Couldn't have asked for better service! He actually ended up calling us back on Sunday morning just to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy! Thanks again!!!

John was highly responsive, he arrived at the agreed upon time as well as called to confirm he was on his way. He explained all of his findings, completed his work and cleaned up the area meticulously. We will call Pathmaker again when we need plumbing work.

OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

First off the customer service is the worst here. I called Duke energy because we have a hot water replacement coverage and they called Jim dickerson. To start off with they never called to schedule a time to come out to look at the hot water heater, I had to call them. Then because of the company having TWO technicians out they couldn't make it out until the following day. So the the technician comes out and lets us know its a valve that needs to be replaced. okay that's fine..... He said that is something he will need to see if it can be picked up at a part store or ordered. We had not heard anything until again we had to call which was after 4 pm and our appt was at 8am. Then finally the lady calls me back and tells me that they have to order this part and they are going to 1 day ship. also she told me that they couldn't guarantee for them to be able to come out on monday. So this means we would be without hot water all weekend. That is crazy and the worst customer service to leave a customer without hot water for a whole week. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! would not recommend Jim Dickerson.
