RB was GREAT!!! He was super professional and he came out after us not having hot water for 3 days- even though he was off today he agreed to come and help us. Our old water heating unit was old and not able to be repaired and he grabbed us a beautiful new unit and replaced it for us. We are SO HAPPY to have hot water again. Randy spent time trying to understand the plumbing design of the house before coming in and just trying stuff. He answered questions about the toilet clog as well as other questions I had about different plumbing designs and parts elsewhere and was very professional and friendly in the process. The technician Eric and the owner were fantastic to deal with. When no other local plumbers would give me the time of day, All Hours Plumbing were literally at our house in an hour after my call. They diagnosed the problem with our fairly new water heater and were able to coordinate the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and a local parts supplier. The work itself was done in under an hour and the install was clean and efficient. Really good guys, definitely folks you want to trust with your plumbing work. Thank you guys!

reattach my toilet seat and to tighten my jiggling faucet. He was only there for a water leak.

My water heater started leaking and I called guaranteed plumbing they were very knowledgeable and helpful with fixing our problem they walked us threw every step to get us a new heater I will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing problems

Excellent communication from the very first call to hearing updates during the appointment to hearing findings at the end. I called for help finding any possible leak in a rental condo and someone was able to come within a few hours! He was extremely thorough and persisted to do a complete check.
