Had issues with a shower dripping, tech arrived at scheduled time. We needed to replace the old shower cartridge in the wall. the tech carefully removed the sheet rock replaced the new cartridge, shut of and shower head. He also installed a access door in case we ever need to access it again. We were very pleased with the service and the knowledge of the tech. i would recommend they for any plumbing issues.

A friend recommended WyattWorks Plumbing, particularly for working with copper pipes. I was able to get scheduled fairly quickly (within a week). I had a long punch list of things to check and repair after buying a house recently, and Mike was able to get it all done in a few hours on the same visit. He was very respectful - wore mask, booties - and stayed behind barriers I put up for the dog. Mike also throughly answered all of my questions; he didn’t push any repairs and explained what was necessary versus nice-to-haves. After completing the work, he walked me through the various repairs, and then emailed me a detailed receipt with before/after photos. The work was warrantied for 2 years. I definitely plan to work with WyattWorks again when we renovate the bathrooms. I also won’t hesitate to call if I need a repair in the future.

I can tell that these guys have a lot of experiences. I have been fighting with toilet room Sewer smell for a couple of weeks now and have replaced the toilet seal twice and did everything I can do. But the smell is still there. I called this company and would like them to come to check it. One gentleman answered the phone. After I told him the problem and what I have done, he told me to check the vent line at the ceiling or the area to check if there is any dead animal. I told him that I checked before. But he asked me to check it carefully again. He told me that my toilet should be alright. So I checked it carefully again. It turned out that I found a dead squirrel. I can tell this company has decent, experienced people. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them

Tony did an incredible job during the initial consultation and explained step by step what needed to be done to replace my tankless water heater. We came across an issue with our kitchen sink drain line when we were remodeling our kitchen. We had met with two previous plumbers, one of which said they would be able to fix the issue but didn't, before we found Ritchie's Plumbing. Not only was John able to fix this plumbing issue at a reasonable price but he came back and did additional work for us a few weeks later. Brett was awesome! Fit us in at short notice, was very professional and explained everything he intended to do before starting the job. I had the part and he trusted that it was correct and what I needed for the repair without questioning me. He gave me the total price for the job before he began and it didn’t change afterwards. We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
