We had the great pleasure of Charlotte Plumbing investigate an outdoor landscape leak at our residence. And based upon the personable customer service and followup that office staff Kristina provided; I called them back that same day to replace a garbage disposal at our secondary home. At that property, I had the opportunity to meet technician 7R who was efficient, timely, and through. Throughout the process everyone was professional and courteous, including the owner Damion and I highly recommend them!!!

First time homeowner, big rain and sump pump went out. This was very late on a Saturday night. Super worried about a flooded basement. William and Mr. Rooter came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and worked hard to fix it. We are a happy home with a dry basement thanks to Mr. Rooter. Plus, their warranty makes us feel great that our basement will stay dry for a while to come. Will recommend to friends and family!

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

Been customer of Joel's for probably 15 years. He is a great christian and plumber. But Linda & I most value him as our friend. We could get another plumber - but nobody like Joel. Tony - one of his tech's was in our crawlspace earlier and did a great job. If you need quality plumbing do yourself a favor and call Biss plumbing.
