I had the worst experience with this company. The receptionist was great but the manager would not call me back when I wanted to ask him questions about my issues at my condo. He was rude, cut me off and never responded. I would not use this co. The young person that came out did not do what I requested. I was very disappointed.

Had several plumbing issues that I needed help with, as well as some questions. Eric arrived right on time, and took care of everything. Much appreciated! Have used All Hours Plumbing in the past, and will certainly call them again with any plumbing needs.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

Shout out to John R. He came and fixed my disposal after another company my landlord sent out and said nothing was wrong with it, a day later it completely stopped working. John fixed it! I’m so happy that it’s fixed! John was punctual, friendly and informative. I will from here on out be hiring them and having my landlord reimburse me for things to be fixed properly and with Master Plumbers! My grandfather always said if you need a plumber make sure it’s a Master Plumber. Glad I listened, they know what they are doing!

Excellent customer service! Our AC unit went out at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house and working on the unit with in 30 minutes. Not only was he here in 30 minutes he had the parts the next day getting us back up and running. Other companies would have taken two day to get out to evaluate the issues and another two to three business days to get parts. If you want quality service do not hesitate and call them now! We through there was some water leakage from the attic, with damage to our ceiling going up the stairwell n bedroom. Chris was very informative in explaining the problem which could be from the AC, or condensation from the roof, also showing me photo's of our water heater with no water leakage or damage. Very satisfied with Chris overall explanation performance.
