Charlotte Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! We had a need to get a sump pump installed and we were very last minute in looking for a plumber. Luckily we called Charlotte Plumbing and they were able to come over right away the same day. Very courteous and informative. They knew exactly what they were doing and went out of their way to develop a creative solution for our situation. Guitar and Cody were our plumbers and they were professional, friendly, efficient and great quality. Could not recommend Charlotte Plumbing more. We will use them for sure the next time we have a plumbing need.

I had a minor but time sensitive issue with the fridge water line. After calling several plumbers, came across All Hours Plumbing via a Google search. The person I spoke with actually solved the issue over the phone and I was able to fix it myself. I had to write a review anyway because he was friendly, helpful, honest, and saved me time and headache. Would recommend giving All Hours Plumbing a try.

I was very impressed with Charlotte plumbing masters when I booked my appointment and the communication leading up to their arrival, it was professional. However as soon as the two gentlemen arrived they looked at the area for 5-10 minutes and came back to my house with a quote for $1,100. I was surprised because we were told one part needed repaired. When I said I would need to talk to my husband but we’d probably move forward he explained the service fee wouldn’t be waived if the decision/service wasn’t immediate. I felt he was condescending. We had two other plumbers come out, 1/2 and 1/4 the price. Our job has been completed. I would not recommend Charlotte plumbing masters based on my experience.

Tony arrived within the window and was cheerful and informative. He helped us with two sinks, a toilet, and a tub. Provided recommendations, on-site repair, and follow-up information. Great service and I look forward to working with him again!
