What an awesome experience! Not only was Stephan on time, he was attentive, personable and quickly solved the leak issue we were experiencing. He went out of his way to be neat and clean and even took the time to take our cabinet liner outside to shake off debris. This was the most professional experience I’ve had with a plumbing company all year. I’d been trying to get in contact with a service for over 8-months, no avail! I’ve had serval companies say they’d call back or that they were coming but never showed. The customer service from scheduling down to my technician was amazing.

Called them about a clogged shower drain. They would not give me an estimate of how much it would cost. Looking back That should have been a red flag. Said they they would send someone out to assess the repair and that person would give cost. The trip charge $39 would be applied to the cost of work. So they came promptly and said it would cost $297. I declined their service but of course had to pay the trip charge.

All hours is a joke name We called for emergency help after our water got shut off while we were on vacation and got Brett - couldn't have been more unhelpful and antagonistic. Go elsewhere for your 24/7 emergencies.

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

From the time my issue was reported to my insurance company Charlotte Plumbing Masters was on it immediately. Very happy with there service and the work that was done. Would definitely use them again.

Pathmaker Plumbing was great, we called around 9pm on a Sunday night that we had a 100% blockage in our sewer drain system. We received a call less than an hour later that they could make it to our house the next day on Monday. Ben was very communicative in when he would be arriving and assured us he could make it before the end of the day Monday. Ben was great in talking to us about everything he was doing and what it was going to take to remedy the problem. He did everything he could do to also ensure there were no other issues down stream from the clog. We are very grateful for Pathmarkers ability to respond so quickly and personable personnel. Turns out the plumber before we bought our house left the seal plug in used for permitting the system and that’s what caused our blockage.

Everything was as they said it would be. Quoted price was honored, tech showed up on time and fixed my problems in under an hour. Thanks!
