Our old tankless water heaters needed to be replaced. We were referred to Queen City Plumbing and I am so happy we called them. They were able to come out just a few hours after we called and had both of our units changed out for Rinnai systems the next day. Our old units would take forever to get hot water to the other side of our house. These systems are almost immediate. The technicians and installers were professional and courteous from start to finish. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs and you should too.

TJ replaced my toilet fill valve, tank bolts and main gaskets, supply line hose, and installed a bidet, and verified there were no leaks in less than 30 minutes! TJ is a true professional and very talented at their job. Quality work fast and at a great price!

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

John did an excellent job replacing the water cut off valve and supply line on my toilet.I wanted to get my repairs done today and he was able to fit me in after finishing his current job. He texted to let me know when he would arrive. John is very kind and friendly. He was easy to talk with and respectful of my house. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done,letting me know it should take and keeping it affordable. I greatly appreciated his help today. Brett and Andrew are a great team. Brett Installed a small stainless steel sink in lieu of a huge laundry tub. While Andrew replaced supply valves in guest and master baths with 1/4 turn type valves close to wall. Excellent. Exactly what I wished.

Reggie and Dwen fixed our toilet flushes. Reggie is very knowledgeable and friendly. Best plumbing service in charlotte and cant beat their price too.
