I work for CertaPro Painters, we had a leak underground beside our building. Option One was professional and communicated throughout the whole process. George came out, looked over everything and was able to start immediately. We are pleased that the leak is now fixed and it was done quickly!

Do not use this company! They are a rip-off! I had read some of the reviews about them being overpriced but they were the only people that could come out around lunch when called at 8:00. I needed to have a faucet replaced in my shower as it would not turn off. They came out to the house and quoted me $250 to fix the part. I agreed because I had gone home to to meet the guy and had no other option other than to pay the ridiculous $39 fee just to have him look at it and leave. I was shocked when the plumber walked out 12 minutes after arrival and said he was all done. How does someone charge $250 for 12 minutes of work???? Do yourself a favor and pick someone else!

Brett and David were terrific. Our 40 Gallon Rheem gas water tank in the garage had been leaking, and water was pooling at the bottom of the tank for about 3 days. Brett and David came out within an hour or two of the call, and their work was very professionally done. I highly recommend them for their service. Work was done in one day on 12/10/2015.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. McCoy was a great experience for a bad situation. We had a clogged sewer liner from root growth but they responded immediately and resolved the situation. Quote was spot on and they left the site cleaner than it was when the got here! Highly recommend

Two weeks ago I learned about MKB Plumbing, Chuck Austin came to do a job for one of my clients, and then two other clients needed repairs on their inspection list. We use Jim Dickerson Plumbing and Electrical for any issue we have. They were recommended to us when we first moved to the Charlotte area and we have been pleased with the quality and professionalism of their team for all we have had done to our home. In this instance, Zack was dispatched to fix a leaky faucet. It turned out to be a little more than that when he dug into the problem. Of course, he fixed the issue and the underlying cause.
