Jason at Julian's Plumbing is a life saver! I could not turn off my bathtub faucet and Jason calmly walking through how to cut off the water in the condo I was renting. He let me send photos to him and he was so great at walking me through what to do. I hadn't even made an appointment yet! He came by the next day and was very quick and knowledgeable. He walked through what he was doing the whole time to teach me to know for the future. Him and his coworker wore masks the whole time and they were very safe the whole time.

Kyle called ahead of his arrival which was on time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and performed the job in a professional manner. I would recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Brett was very helpful and flexible with my scheduling needs. Eric and Ricky showed up on time, walked through the plumbing projects with me, and gave me a quote before the work ever started. Eric was so incredibly helpful with explaining my plumbing questions about my new home. They completed the work efficiently for a fair price, left their shoes at the door, and were just overall nice guys. We will use All Hours Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Hot water heater busts at 2PM and by dinnertime the same day we had a new tankless water heater up and running. Awesome job, excellent service. What more can you ask for? Can't be beat. Amazing.

I'm apart of the duke energy warranty programs I had been having problem with my A.C off and on ....so Duke has sent them out to repair it. They turn back in a report to Duke energy that a c unit is 20 year old need to be replace. I have another problem so I called my local independent a.c guy. he come to the house. And tell me nothing wrong with my ac until. It's my thermostat inside the house.. And said he would not ever replace the A.C I have. It big commercial style unit .He said it would cost me 10k and the new units are not made with the same quality. They don't make the quality of the current unit you have any longer. There absolutely nothing wrong with your unit. So this company was try to get me to buy a new unit because of faulty thermostat. He told me when you have someone untrained and they can't figure it out there fall back is to replace your whole unit... Beware of there untrained A C tech. May sure you get a 2nd opinion when using this company. I have not had one problem the rest of the summer after replacing the thermostat inside the house..

Called Wonderful World of Plumbing for a hot water leak, thinking I was going to have to replace the whole unit, but on further review of the situation, Damien said it was just a pipe leak so he saved me about $1200.00. I feel like someone might have took advantage of the situation and put in a new hot water heater for the profit. Great Job W.O.P!!!!

Cyrus the plumber was incredibly unprofessional! Very rude, and dismissive.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.
