My family first called Roto-Rooter in April of 2014 after reading several good reviews.On our first service call we were surprised when Sergey knocked on our door. We had read such nice things about him. Sergey was here to cleanout a laundry and kitchen drain line but as luck would have it, he discovered our toilet was leaking water under the house when flushed. This had just started happening so I was glad he pointed it out. I was happy my son was able to fix it while Sergey was still here in case he had run into any problems. Along with fixing my clogged drains, Sergey also installed two outside faucets. He did a great job and answered all my questions. Needless to say, when we ran into another plumbing problem the other day, we called Roto-Rooter and asked if Sergey could come out. Sergey came to our rescue again. He rebuilt our shower converter in our shower and bath tub. It was much cheaper than buying new fixtures and having them installed. Sergey is always friendly, professional and understanding. He answers all questions and leaves things cleaner than when he started.I originally wrote this last year in 2015. Evidently it didn't post then but we just called Sergiy (#7775) again this past week (April 2016). This time our main drainage pipe was leaking into our crawl space. What a mess! Once again we called Sergiy to the rescue. He was once again, friendly, professional, understanding, knowledgeable and reasonable priced. I highly recommend him! We have called on him for the last 3 years and if I have any plumbing problems in the future, I will not hesitate to call on him again. He's really good, so don't all of you call him (LOL) or he might be too busy to provide service to us should we need him again.

This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. Other companies told me next week! They were here on time and did a great job. They even checked on a couple other things for me since they were here. I highly recommend!

Guy was appropriately friendly. Got right to work and very efficiently unclogged my drain. He was in and out of my house in right at 30 minutes. Even with a $75 coupon I got off the internet my charges were over $400. I felt like it was very expensive. I have had other service calls that took longer and were way more involved and took much more expertise for much less.

We have used Pathmaker's Plumbing for at least 7 years and they are always on time, honest and upfront.

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

Chris is great to work with! Had a pipe burst on Christmas so called multiple plumbers the next day. Rose Pumbling is one of two that returned my calls that day. Bailey is so kind and got us all squared away for our appointment. Very happy with their service!

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

Efficient and on time. Jason was polite and did a great job. It was more expensive then I felt it should have been, especially since I provided the faucet and handles and still have to repair sheet rock that he had to cut out to get to plumbing.

Carolina’s Finest Plumbing replaced two water heaters in my home. Later we found out that the soldering at one of the pipe fittings was faulty and spraying water. The company at first admitted that they had installed the water heaters improperly. However, when dealing with our insurance company, they denied that they were responsible for the resultant water damage. I can accept that people make mistakes, as they did in their installation. But for them to later deny responsibility because it might affect their insurance ratings, I find that despicable. Of course I will never trust that company again. I encourage all others to stay far away from Carolina’ Finest Plumbing. Their plumbing is lousy, and their ethics are much worse.

We had a leak in our irrigation system--water was pouring out of valve in our front yard. To make things worse, we could not get our water turned off, and our yard and neighbor's driveway were quickly being flooded. I called around to several emergency plumbing services, but nobody could come out for several hours. Finally, I found Payless Plumber. They had a technician at our house in a matter of minutes. He not only turned the water off but also fixed the problem with our irrigation system, which other plumbers we talked with had not been able to do. And all for a very reasonable price. We will absolutely use Payless Plumbers for any future issues and plan to recommend them highly to our friends.
