Fortunately, Michael’s expertise allowed him to calmly provide me with a number of different affordable options I could deliberate on and choose what I believed to be the best choice.

We worked with Johnny he was awesome! We needed a toilet repair quick since we had guests coming to town and my neighbors recommended this company. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to fix the problem, his communication prior to arrival (gave me a friendly call prior), and his kind personality. I also felt the service was a good value for the time it would have taken my husband and I to DIY the issue and order the correct parts on our own. High-quality Installation went very well. Replaced a 12-year-old leaking gas water heater with a new Bradford White brand 50 gallon. Very happy with the results..Mary, the owner, is phenomenal, and Alex and Noah, the installers, are fantastic.

My hot water heater broke after a great run of 18 years. It is direct vent so more expensive than the average hot water heater. I initially received an estimate that sounded extremely high. I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and they were able to do the work for $1,000 less without cutting corners. Diyan, my installer, was professional and did a thorough job of installing my new hot water heater and making sure I had any questions answered. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should I need additional plumbing work.

We are thoroughly satisfied with the work Zack Garvey performed to unclog our kitchen sink. Turns out that the problem was more than a simple clog but Zack worked until the problem was resolved 100%. We have used Dickerson plumbing to install and repair plumbing since 2004 because of their commitment to excellence. He also serviced our water heater.

These people are great, and Desiree is an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help with an underground leak coming from the city's pipe, and followed up with me the following morning to check on the status (even though this was not a job that MKB had involvement in). To the owners of this business, Desiree deserves a raise, or at least a nice bonus for the holiday season.

We called morris jenkins at 8pm because when we turned on our heater we noted a weird sweet smell. They had someone out to us by 8:45. Pat was extremely knowledgeable and courteous - he was thorough in his diagnostic service and put our minds at ease with photos and information about our heating system. His customer care went above and beyond to the point that when/if we have to call morris jenkins back we will be asking for Pat specifically.
