Roto Rooter is always spot on from start to finish. We have been lucky to have had Stan respond to several of our calls over the years and has always resolved our issues quickly and professionally. This time was no different, he was professional, clean and got our issue resolved quickly.

These guys are awesome. I needed a fire pit kit installed on an outdoor natural gas fire pit. Short notice and a somewhat unusual ask so, needless to say, I had a hard time finding someone who would do it. I was lucky to find Charlotte Plumbing Masters. John called me an hour before he arrived and showed up exactly an hour later. We briefly discussed what needed to be done and he went straight to work. He figured out all of the issues and got it done very fast. The results are fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I will be using them again.

Bliss Plumbing installed my dishwasher. The company was professional, efficient, and did great work. The customer service was top notch. The installers had great personalities and knew exactly what they were doing. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs.

I called IRV to reinstall kitchen plumbing after a kitchen upgrade. I have nothing but excellent feedback. My plumber was professional, informative, experienced, and friendly. I had a few unexpected plumbing issues (had to adjust the plumbing to fit a larger sink basin), but he explained how to address it and handled it with no problems.

Excellent service

Sewer line clogged on a Sunday evening, backed up in both bathrooms; neither toilets or bathtub/shower would drain - just a mess. Called Zoom; excellent response time, sewer line cleared & drained very quickly & efficiently. Professional friendly service, no additional charge for weekend/emergent call, reasonable charge. I highly recommend, will absolutely call Zoom if we have another backup!

ACC Plumbing did a fantastic job for me installing a gas line to my new fire pit. Brian Thompson was professional, on time and VERY communicative. His pricing was also very competitive. Its not often you find a service provider that you would enthusiastically recommend but I found one in Brian and ACC Plumbing. 5 stars!!!

Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.
