1st of all I had a leak under my slab in my Kitchen. Just replaced my kitchen last Year.
Justin Brown was my technician . Justin Examined all joints that were visible And some that were Not. There were no leaks. He then arranged the Geek Squad To come out and pinpoint where the Leak was, which they did. Long story short they were able to cap off all lines under my slab and reroute my hot and cold For the house.
Thanks to the workmanship of Wyattwòrks plumbing and Justin Brown They did not have to tear up My slab in my new kitchen, And they saved hme a bunch of money

I used this company for an emergency water leak on a Sunday night. We had water from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor. Chris Jones gave us an estimated time and arrived on time. He was able to quickly determine the cause. He was professional and showed us pictures and video of what he found. I hope to not have another emergency but will definately use them again.

I had a visit a few days ago after having a clogged drain needing an auger. Roto-Rooter arrived and got it unclogged and I was able to continue to use the sinks and showers in the house. The visit was not cheap, but worth their 6 month guarantee. A few days later same issue and folks came by and inspected kitchen sink as well as garage where it was overflowing. It's been unclogged and drained and I'm glad they have a service guarantee.

This was a great experience from the moment I first called. I was incredibly stressed about a plumbing issue and I called late on a Saturday night. They picked up the phone and from off the bat were sympathetic to what I was going through and really made it a priority to help me. The person I spoke with on the phone is the person that showed up at my house and as soon as they got here went straight to business. Extremely professional the entire time, respected my property, and to top it all off, it was an extremely fair and competitive price! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. What I really like the most is they not only solved the problem, they went up under my crawlspace and diagnosed what the underlying cause was. They could have just cleared the clog and been done with it. But they told me WHY it clogged and what I need to do to fix it. Which is about a ,$10 fix. All in all I would hire Zoom Drain again and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional service at a reasonable price. ??

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

We had some blockage in our main line and was quoted an outrageous amount from another company. Jackie and her team came out and identified the problem and resulted in us saving thousands of dollars. I never write reviews but I will only use Pay Less moving forward.

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! My elderly parents needed their water pipes and spicket to their laundry room line replaced and this company was very responsive. The first company I called never answered the phone. We wanted to support small and local business. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Presidential Plumbing a chance. I spoke to Danny to schedule the initial estimate visit and he was able to get a technician out the very same day. I was surprised they could do so. Gary came to assess the damage and completed the repairs. My parents said he was prompt, cordial, and great at his job. He was on time. They sent a text letting us know when they were on the way so we could track where they were. My parents are very pleased with his work! Highly recommended!!! We will definitely use them again and let our friends know!!! You do not get this kind of quality service anymore. Do call them for all your plumbing needs and repairs!!! ?
