Trying to find a plumber on a Sunday became a big challenge. When I finally called Roto-Rooter they offered me an appointment within a couple hours of my call. The plumber was on time and took care of my problem in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional.

We had a problem with our leaky garbage disposal and contacted Osborne plumbing. They responded the same day and arrived very quickly. They repaired/replaced our garbage disposal with a new one quickly and Efficiently. We were also provided with a 15% discount that was noted/mentioned on their website. (Please check their website before the repairman gets there and mention any discounts noted on their website, let the repair person know when they arrive. They also give 10% senior discounts when you ask – please check their websites for all sales and deals.

Bonnie is the sweetest woman and runs the appointments. They have done previous work for me when my child through an apple charger in the toilet. This time I needed one of our toilets to be reinstalled due to flooring being placed in the bathroom. The plumber was polite and cordial. However, he used our cleaning supplies and roles of paper towel. He than asked if we had silicone to seal the toilet. They wanted to charge us for his commute to Home Depot to purchase some. And than we were charge 3 dollars for the silicone they purchase. The cost for a whole tube. It took him 2.5 hrs to reinstall a toilet that had zero issues. My wife called to share her concerns and Bonnie responded with irritation. We will not use them going forward. If you know the details of the work in advance you should have the supplies you need before hand instead of asking the client. We were charged over 300.00 for the work they did. We will not use or recommend them going forward. Hope the review helps.

So I had scheduled a routine maintenance for my AC unit to get ready for the summer. My technician Zach and his trainee Brandon arrived at the scheduled appointment time. They were very polite and friendly. They chatted a little bit with us and then got straight to work. After the initial inspection and cleaning. Zach let us know that we had some upgrades that would be beneficial to our unit. Other technicians have also told us but never offered the finance options like Zach. I trusted Zach's advice and we went through the process of getting the upgrades. They had the part's on the truck and we're finished in under a hour. Morris Jenkins is lucky to have Zach as one of their technicians and with him training Brandon, you're going to have another great tech. I would happily invite both of these men for a summer BBQ. John Orlando was a professional and informative plumber. He is a young guy who knows his stuff and works both quickly and efficient. They came same day I called, returned promptly to do the job the next day. If your worried about gas leaks and new water heaters. They do it right! Ask for John Orlando, even though he is a Yankee! Signora (I don’t think I spelled it correctly),the plumber, that installed the toilet, was excellent. He showed up on time. He was professional and polite. He wore those bootie shoes and even utilized a broom to clean up. He left on time also so that I could leave for an appointment.
