Best Line Inspection in Charlotte NC

Both sides of my kitchen sink were stopped up on the Saturday morning before the weather was supposed to turn very nasty. I called Julian's Plumbing and Jason worked me in to an already full morning. The service was terrific - I not only got my drain fixed but have found a plumber for any future plumbing needs.

Kim was very professional, courteous, and affable, showing a great amount of patience in answering any and all questions that we had about the process and pricing. He was very honest and transparent about what to expect, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing for any service repair or installation needs. I would definitely use them again.

My hot water heater broke after a great run of 18 years. It is direct vent so more expensive than the average hot water heater. I initially received an estimate that sounded extremely high. I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and they were able to do the work for $1,000 less without cutting corners. Diyan, my installer, was professional and did a thorough job of installing my new hot water heater and making sure I had any questions answered. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should I need additional plumbing work.
