I have had ongoing plumbing problems in my bathroom for years, finally i called Julian plumbing, they sent a technician named Jason to my home. He was prompt and very courteous, and fixed the problem that kept coming back that others could not fix. I have been problem free for months, and he explained all the problems and corrections to me as he worked. I am very satisfied with the professional service I received from Julians Plumbing and would recommend they to everyone.

I found BFP over the weekend when a backed up drain line from my washing machine need emergency services. Adam Wahl was my plumber and I couldn't be happier. He fixed my clog and gave an inspection of my hot water tank. It was on the list of things needing replacement and there was improper plumbing work done when that tank was installed (previous owner, i swear). Adam took the time to walk me through the entire quote to replace, re-plumb, and get up to code the new water tank. I also upgraded and got a home filtration system, highly recommend. The full job was done in a day and his supervisor came the following day to inspect the work.Overall, BFP may not be the cheapest option but you get quality employees and quality work. I would say ask for Adam for any plumbing jobs requiring some thinking, he knows the local codes and can work with older homes (mine is a '60s ranch). Their work is guaranteed and comes with a warranty.

There were still problems when they finished, but they came back at no charge to correct it.

Short version these guys are fantastic. John took the time to explain everything to me and they took the time to examine everything to give me an accurate quote. I can't say enough how good the experience was. Pricing is very competitive and is less expensive than the big dealers you see on TV.

Thomas has helped us several times over the last few years. Very professional, timely and excellent overall service. I can’t recommend him enough!

We had a backup issue after hours. Tony arrived within a half hour and triaged our problem. The remainder of work occurred the next day with the owner and another gentleman. Incredibly responsive. Communicated the issue and proposed resolution along the way. Would absolutely use them again.

Jason was extremely responsive and came out to our home a few times to determine the issue, come up with solutions and then to perform the actual work. We had a leak in our water main line due to debris in our yard and they gave us the option of repairing or replacing the entire line, what the difference in the cost was, etc. Jackie who I spoke with on the phone was terrific in getting the crew scheduled to come out. The work that was done was exactly what we discussed, they cleaned everything up and were responsive to follow-up questions.

Young man was a pro and found a very difficult pinhole leak behind a wall that I never thought would have had water lines inside it.

Both Chris and Nick were SO helpful, knowledgeable and reasonably priced for what we needed addressed today!! (And Brianna & Stephanie in getting us scheduled asap). We really appreciate them!

We used them to replace some toilets and put in a new shower for us. Everything along the way went wrong, but they fixed what they said had gone wrong. Afterwards we realized what a poor job they had done. The shower wasn’t installed correctly, the window is partially blocked, the caulking was terrible, and the the shower they recommended to install is not what they said it would be. We called multiple times to have them fix the caulking because it was hard to clean the brand new shower. They never responded. The shower they installed is not an improvement, other than it doesn’t leak. It is harder to clean than my old shower, so I wish I had not gone with their recommendation.

DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!!! He is extremely rude, disrespectful and a know it all but unfortunately knows nothing about customer service. Terrible experience!
