Their experienced techs are always availalbe to rescue you from your plumbing and heating service woes--i'm convinced the owner sleeps with his phone under his pillow WITH his eyes open!

Kim came out and was on time and very professional. He listens to the customer's concerns and addresses them all while educating homeowners as he works. He makes himself available even after the job is complete in the event you have any questions. Chad demolished a shower, toilet, sink in my basement. He installed a new shut off water valve in my house and a new shut off valve at the curb. He repaired a toilet and sink faucet. He terminated the water supply to those fixtures in the basement also. He was on time and professional.

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. Will absolutely be a repeat customer and happily refer others in the future.

I had a water leak and called first thing on a Monday. Jaqi answered and was helpful on the phone. I figured I’d be waiting a few days before an appointment but she was able to get me on the schedule in just a couple hours. Jaqi texted me when Luke was on his way as promised.

Luke was extremely knowledgeable and was able to locate the leak quickly. Another tech met him on site with parts so he didn’t even need to leave during the visit. The price was fair for all the time and effort he put into the repair. MD Plumbing went on my preferred vendor list and they will be my first call with future issues. Highly recommended!

Don’t know about the quality of their work, but the guy driving a black truck almost caused a wreck today at a four way stop! Company could be great, but he needs to get his license revoked

I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.
