Julian’s plumbing was great to work with. I needed a job completed fast and they showed up same day to quote and next day to complete the job. Plan to use them again to finish out my kitchen in a few weeks. Definitely give them a shot!

Drew went above and beyond to help me when we had a problem with our water heater. He made phone calls to the manufacturer, and would not leave until we had resolution. I give the highest marks for his service all.

I rarely give reviews but this company deserved one! We had a major problem with rotten ancient copper pipes under our house leaking and causing the house to smell like rotten garbage.

First, JR, the owner, spoke with me at length late in the evening on a Friday, had someone over the next morning, a Saturday, and later quoted me multiple options at all different prices with the pros and cons of each one (going cheaper, etc.). It was clear he had no intention of price gauging us but warned if you went the cheap route you could have another leak and they would be back out costing us more money. I am glad I did not go the cheap route because once all the copper pipes were pulled out I could see they were awful and full of small cracks.

Second, I have no experience with any other of JR's other techs, but if possible you want Cesar. He worked on a Saturday night, was the nicest guy to my wife and I, spent hours under the disgusting crawl space under the house that smelled like a sewer, once it was fixed cleaned up the mess under there which fixed the smell, and the whole time was smiling and more helpful than I can explain. I honestly wish I had employees like him.

Lastly, billing was very easy and professional with no extra fee to pay by credit card.

I strongly recommend this company!

John went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. On Sunday night at 10 pm our house flooded for the second time this year. After having another plumbing service come out months ago to waste our time and money we were in desperate need of help. We called all over Charlotte and this is the only company that held true to the “24 hour emergency calls”. John came out on an emergency call at around 11pm. We called the company and John was out within 20 minutes of our initial call. He stayed until around midnight and gave us peace of mind by correctly identifying the issue immediately upon arrival, something our previous plumbing company could never do. John then came back yesterday morning to complete our job and make sure everything was marked precisely and accurately for the city to come and repair. Thank you John, you were AMAZING. We will definitely be using Rapid Rooter again for future plumbing needs.

Thank you to Brett and Eric for fantastic customer serve and response time. Brett was able to find a replacement water heater during this time of shortages and install within 4 hours of our call and on a Monday! They communicated the process so we knew what to expect and left everything virtually spotless. We had a garbage disposer call just the week before and 5 stars for Johnny on that call. Stan was incredibly professional and clearly a master in his field. Stan was able to clearly explain the process and help me understand the problem and the solution he was implementing. Stan showed us the 6’ of roots he pulled up and gave us some mitigation tips for the future. I was impressed by his efficiency and would absolutely recommend Stan and Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. We contacted Roto-Rooter to get an estimate on a cracked waste pipe in our crawl space. They sent a tech who arrived within the two hours and was very nice and professional. He was able to assess the situation quickly and arranged for an Excavation Specialist to come out as it turned out to be a bigger job than we expected. Richard Benante was very nice and did a thorough inspection of the problem. He was able to clearly explain the problem to me and gave me an estimate which was lower than what another company had quoted. I would highly recommend using Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs.

I have used MD Plumbing several times over the last 5 years, and every time they have been great. They recently helped trouble shoot an issue and didn't give up until they discovered the problem. While at my house, they answered additional questions I had and checked my hot water heater, and showed me I had a leak, and were able to replace it before I had a big mess. They respond promptly, are professional and have reasonable prices. I highly recommend them!

Awesome job by the folks here. I was in a pickle and needed a quick turn around of a plumbing issue so I could continue with my kitchen remodel the next morning. I was assured I would be able to be taken care of within my quick timeframe and at the end of the day that I called and told they could take care of my issue day of.
