Josh did an awesome job! He finally fixed my washer drain line which has plagued us for two weeks. He even checked out our shower which wasn’t on the call ticket. Thank you Brett and Eric, you guys responded quick for a Saturday. We called many plumbing company and All Hours Plumbing was the only that called back and gave us a price over the phone. We sent the pictures of old tank and we told them the problem and they came to the rescue. They came within 30 mins of the call and they brought the new tank. Installed it, and finally we have hot water again. On top of that I had Eric look at our kitchen faucet because the flow of water was not right, i was asking why and he just fixed it on the spot. Great guys, very professional, clean work and we highly recommend them. They knew we had an emergency and didn’t give us any run around. Thank you Brett and Eric.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. After the appt was scheduled an issue came up with the technician, and the appt had to be rescheduled. It was completely understandable & I was notified immediately, and explained what was going on. I was always kept informed, and they even rescheduled the appt to a Sat (which they are normally closed), just to make sure I was taken care of.
I thoroughly appreciate their professionalism & transparent communication.
They also fixed my issue & cleaned up nicely after. 5 stars!

Excellent customer service! Our AC unit went out at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house and working on the unit with in 30 minutes. Not only was he here in 30 minutes he had the parts the next day getting us back up and running. Other companies would have taken two day to get out to evaluate the issues and another two to three business days to get parts. If you want quality service do not hesitate and call them now! I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!
