I'm typically skeptical of places flooded with great reviews, but these guys deserve it! We needed an electric water heater installed, quickly, and they did it, quickly. No muss, no fuss -- just speed and professionalism.

I'm not talkin' a standard water heater replacement, either. It was in a very, very tight space with very little access -- but they made it work and stuck with their estimate, despite some hiccups. Honestly not used to that! Will definitely be using the guys again if we need some work done.

New to the area and was so happy to find Ben Franklin plumbing to fix our tankless water heater after the Freeze! Our plumber, Jason was professional, capable and took the time to explain the problem and the repair.

Jeremy was awesome! This is the second time we have used Wyatt Works. Both times they have been on time, kind, respectful, gave full explanation of the work to be done with detailed breakdown of costs. Texted beforehand with a picture of the tech that was coming so you knew who to expect. We will definitely use them again.

John B. has come out on 2 different occasions for different emergency plumbing issues. Each time, he was professional, honest, and took time to explain the issues in detail. He is very knowledgable.We are so glad to finally find a great plumber that is honest and does great work. We highly recommend John B. at Rapid Rooter of Charlotte! They are quick to come out, and reasonably priced.

Brett got back to me same day on Sunday and scheduled Johnny to come fix two of my toilets in my new house, he came over and knocked out the work in a couple of hours! Very professional, wore a mask and took my health and safety into account, and would happily refer their business.

I would gladly recommend Charlotte Plumbing to my friends and neighbors. They were prompt and courteous. They actually arrived to the appointment earlier than scheduled, to my delight. Mike was very patient in explaining the issue in non-technical terms and answered my somewhat stupid questions. I will use them again, without question.

Plumber came and fixed the drain in no time. Told me tips on how to prevent more clogs and how to clean up after dirty water had gotten underneath the cabinets.

Johnny was very professional and kind. He unclogged my toilet for the usual fee (which was a little expensive, but worth it) and also voluntarily offered to adjust the water level level for me, which was set by my apartment complex and was the root cause of the issue. I highly recommend Roto-Router and Johnny, in particular.

Their technician came in on time. Patiently listened to all we had to say. He is going to check some points and quote the jobs we requested. He left us with an excellent impression about ER Plumbing as well as about himself.

My experience with this company was a success. Luke, gave me his honest opinion and compared to Morris Jenkins, Michael & Son was the better option. We recently had a whole house repipe completed by Slava and he did a fantastic job. He took time to explain how they would install each section of pipe, and most importantly, took great care to minimize the cuts in my existing walls. All of the other plumbers who looked at this project wanted to make much larger cuts in the walls as well as my downstairs ceilings. Slava came up with a way to route the upstairs pipes that eliminated the need for any ceiling cuts. They also had the most competitive pricing and actually charged us less than the initial quotation at the completion of the project. His wife Rocco is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Shady billing practices and showed up late both times that they came out. Make sure that you get them to write everything that they say on the invoice, or you'll end up with an extra hole in the floor and a he said/she said about whether them fixing the hole that they made (and said they'd have a dry wall guy out to fix) was included or not. On top of the hole and essentially overpaying since I agreed to a higher price assuming they'd fix everything, my home warranty company wasn't made aware of some of the charges and is currently investigating.

Toliny Plumbing and Electric went far beyond the call of duty. Due to some issues with our kitchen cabinets that were being installed, Tony ended up coming to our house a number of times to get the job done right. He didn't charge us extra - he just did a great job, for a GREAT price. We appreciate his professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. We will use him for all of our electrical work.

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!
