The way a person treats other people says a lot about them and the company they are employed with. While I see there are many people very pleased with the services of this company, I witnessed an employee from Julian's cuss an employee out at lowes this morning. When I say cuss her out, I do not mean the five year old version of swearing. I mean, he said just about every swear word known to man. And why he did this? Because he was trying to return a USED sump pump...now, I don't know Julian's return policy (joke) but lowes has a return policy clearly stated on the back of the receipt stating that used items will not be refunded. So the actions of this man over something so ignorant and petty was beyond me. The way you represent yourself represents your company and I surely will never call Julian's for any work.

BUYERS BEWARE.I called Benjamin Franklin to replace my Water Heater and Sump Pump. What a fool I was. Their quote was for $2,711. I told them I had to get a second opinion and they charged me $49 for the service call.I got the work done with another plumnber with comparable equipment for $1,300.After such a disparity between the Ben Franklin Quote and my actual installation, I asked for my $49 back.I didn't really expect them to give me my $49 back and of course they did not.I spoke cordially with the General Manager who made it clear he would not refund me. It was obvious he could care less about customer service and would rather have his plumbers charge an arm and leg to some sucker than keep an honest customer happy.They are all about MONEY and nothing else. Stay away from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.BUYERS BEWARE

Walked into my kitchen this morning to a flood from my laundry room. Called Rapid-Rooter and they arrived in about the time it took me to clean up the water which was awesome!
John Byrd and Chris Mosher were very professional and informative. They unclogged the washer drain and got thing back on track quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them when you need Plumbing Services!!

Even though I have to go through my warranty company (and use their plumber who couldn't come for another 24 hours), Brett came over, shut off the water to my dying water heater, and was able to help me understand my options for replacement and repair. If I can use them in the future, I would.

This is one of those calls you don’t want to make but, when your basement starts to flood, these are the people you want to reach out to! They were incredible fast and got here about an hour after I called. William, the plumber, was incredibly helpful and even tried a few “do it yourself” solutions to save us money if he could. They didn’t work but he was very clear on next steps and made quick work of it. I will definitely call them again if we have plumbing issues and would recommend them to friends and family anytime!

Reed was great. He set up the plumbing to my newly renovated kitchen. I had bought a new faucet that had a manufacturing defect that Reed had brought to my attention. After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!

Stan was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to clean up thoroughly afterwards.

Had appointment on the 25th of May just to do a summer service. My unit is about 10 years old but still working, today my husband heard a loud boom coming for our unit out side. Now it is not working outside its running inside but nothing from the unit outside, so it's doing nothing. I called to have them come out and the earliest they can come is Wednesday because it has to be the same tech. Oh and I forgot to mention I paid 189.00 for their home care program where I am a priority customer. But the earliest is Wednesday. I know my unit is getting old but I didn't have any problems until I had it services for summer. Do you think they do something to make it quit, so that they will have to sale you a new unit? Oh but luckily I a priority customer so I get 10% off a new unit.Ain't life grand!

Excellent customer service! Went out of his way to ensure that we were a priority! Our hot water heater was leaking everywhere in our family room and creating a major issue! Joe took the time to come to our house and ensure that the hot water tank was properly turned off on his way home from work! He surprised us when he proceeded to diagnose and repair the problem on the dot! We highly recommend this company! Very professional, quality workmanship! Had several downspout/french drains that were full of tree roots. Scheduling an appointment with Jason was very easy. They notified me that they could come out a day earlier and sent another message when the technician was on there way. Duane arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and made recommendations on the best ways to approach the issue. The drains were cleared quickly with no damage to the property. Very professional, courteous, and effective. Highly recommend giving them a call.

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first. I had water damage in my new house from a clogged drain pipe. Another plumbing company unclogged it and then gave me a $8200 estimate to excavate the pipe and replace it. After one week of delays and excuses, without being able to fully use my bathrooms, my real estate agent gave me a referral to Burl's plumbing. They gave me a second opinion for free: turns out that I was being scammed for unnecessary work. Burl's plumbing resolved my problem the very next day with only a $1500 bill! They were thorough, polite, fast and showed and explained me everything they did. What a blessing!
