I can't say thank you enough to Jason and his team! We ran into a fairly major issue with a clogged pipe and knew exactly who to call. Jason came out, assessed the problem, explained to us exactly what was happening and what to expect, and was out the next day to have it resolved. He and his team were incredibly professional, yet relatable and I felt like I could trust their word and judgement on what we needed! We would highly recommend this company!

I called around 9am and had a pro at my home less than 3 hours later. Olivia at the office was very professional and helped me sign up for a service plan and let me choose when the pro would come out. Jim was very prompt and gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. I have been a customer of this company for many years and have always received the best service. I called Brett on a Thursday afternoon to get an estimate on replacing a leaking water heater. He walked me through the estimate and options and was 25% less than others. Then he said I will be there tomorrow and have it done before noon. It was done by 11:30 with very good quality. He walked me thru what he had done and how to operate. A Class service and value.

We were quoted $85.00 service call plus parts.
When the tech had diagnosed the problem it appeared we needed a $15.00 plastic part for our toilet. The Tech did a great job. He also checked with his boss for the price of installation . His boss Burl insisted on charging us $175.00 (!) to install this 15 dollar plastic piece. Take it or leave it! Burl's Plumbing does not deserve anyone's business, especially not a repeat business. Cannot be recommended -

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!
