Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. First time using Roto-Rooter and I am very pleased with their service. I have a rental business in Charlotte but live out of State and it has always been a challenge to find someone who won’t take advantage of that. For the past 11 years I have tried several plumbers and nearly all of them have taken advantage of the fact that I live out of State and cannot check or verify their work.However Jeff and Samuel from Roto-Rooter are both extremely honest and skilled plumbers. I would highly recommend them both.

Plumber arrived at my home within an hour of my initial call after another plumber had put me off for days. Mike was kind and respectful, explained his work in a way I could understand, and allowed us to provide payment and finished his work while we were gone. He then sent a full report via text and email with photos of his work and thanked me for my business. Final bill was exactly the price given at the estimate. I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters in the future!

My attic fan stopped working, apparently the motor was bad. Tony V came out and installed a new one and a new fan belt as well. works like a champ now! I would definitely suggest IRV for any and all electrical work!

We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. He fixed our issue with minimal effort. Thank you very much for the great experience. Would definitely recommend this company if plumbing is needed.

Jeff is the best. Super nice guy and extremely thorough. I ask for him every time as he goes out of his way to get to the root cause of any issues. And he is proactive rather than reactive while also being honest with his assessment.

I am in the middle of dealing with this company. I contracted them through Duke energy and they came out quickly. The tech said that the issue, a faulty duct switch, wasn't covered by Duke. After $400 came out of my credit card my ac worked..for a day. I called Jim Dickerson that day and since the AC had started working again was told to call them if the problem recurred. When it did, the woman on the phone refused to send out a tech until I got ANOTHER work order from Duke. Since it was Saturday I couldn't get anything done until Sunday or Monday. The temps were over 90 degrees.

This company has NO sense of customer service...STAY AWAY!

The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.

Fantastic contractor!

Great experience working with Tony. We needed a new hot water heater installed and some minor electrical work. He gave us the best quote and was able to knock the job out very quickly for us. I would definitely recommend his services and will be calling him in the future for any plumbing/electrical needs.

I have worked with this company on hundreds of remodeling projects the past few years. I cannot say enough great things about them. They do pristine work, are honest, dependable, and rarely have warranty issues, as in less than 1 per year. They are consistent and fully worth the cost.
