Dannie Goodson was a very friendly technician who worked and communicated what he was doing at all times. Danny replaced my needed outlets and asked permission for the simplest things such as can he trash the old outlets in my trash or did I want him to take it with him. Of course he could trash them but the fact he asked was nice. Dannie also put all of my appliances and counter top things back where he moved them from after he replaced my outlets. Thank you Dannie! If I needed this service again I will definitely request that the be the tech to come out to my home. By the way he wore a mask the entire time which was also great since we are in the midst of a pandemic.Lastly I want to thank Mya for listening to me vent my frustrations about a previous occurrence. I thank Katie for taking the complaint and Melissa for making sure that things got handled. This was truly team work and I appreciate that.

We want to thank Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning g and their helpful service technicianTony for fixing our faulty gas valve so quickly. The person who answered our call who identified themselves as Tony, was right on time. Tony treated our home with respect, kept us updated on what he was doing and why, worked diligently, and cleaned up after himself. It was necessary to cut into the wall to access the valve. They consistently deliver. They stand behind their work, and unlike with a fly-by-night company, you won't have to chase them down for follow-ups forever. They always makes an effort to get the job done properly the first time.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Mitchell was approachable, knowledgeable, and very professional. He did a great job explaining what our issue was with our toilet and laid out the options clearly for my wife and I to decide on what to do. He even took the time to help us pick out our new toilet and gave us tremendous insight on what each brand could give us. We hope our experience with any plumber we come across in the future is just like the experience we had with Mitchell.
